+Had everything you need and the location was good
−There was a smell of gas in the wardrobe/cupboard we were told it was nothing to worry about but it did worry us

+We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating, always ready to help and make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was lovely, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The location was excellent, making it easy and convenient to explore the area. Everything was just as we had hoped for, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily come back again!

“Excellent for a few days in Palermo”

“Comfortable stay.”
+Spacious, well located character apartment with a homey feel. Comfortable bed, great balcony and good seating areas. A lift and a laundry room.
−The shower is small. If you expect modern this won’t suit you.

“Good location, excellent host, very clean and comfortable”
+Geographically - the location is great. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. the building has an elevator which is a win. Laundry as well. Facilities were clean and everything was comfortable
−Where the building is located is a tiny bit confusing but the host is very responsive and was a major help when I arrived. The area also has lots of cats/dogs around which makes often for a smell of urine - however it is not smelt through your room. Only when outside

“It's OK”
+It has a lift! It is central to the old city. It is 10 minutes from Palermo Centrale. You are met by a person to greet you and show you around. It has a laundry room that you can use. It is nicely decorated. It is OK. Not the best but far from the worst.
−There were holes in the bed sheets. There was mould in the shower. The walls are thin and you can hear everything... I mean everything ( best not be thinking of having relations 😉) as we can all hear you. The neighbours (locals) kids are still up (and playing, crying, screaming) at midnight to 1am. Every night. The washing machine needs Chat GPT to operate it. You cannot iron and do your washing at the same time as there is only one plug socket. The approach to the property is littered and smells of urine and dog (?) poo. However the locals are friendly.

“Fantastic apartment - an absolute gem!”
+Wow! This apartment is an absolute dream to stay in! So glad we booked the top floor apartment for our week in Palermo that had its own amazing and private roof top terrace! It was super hot in Palermo, but the air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom was a godsend. Ignazio is super lovely and really helpful, he met us late at night to show us round the property, and is on hand for any questions, (even helping save my friends contact lens from being lost down the sink!) The property is in a prime location and only a short walk to the train station, Lidl, buses etc and is right in the heart of all the action for sightseeing, bars, restaurants and shopping, but great that it’s really quiet as off into the side streets. It is clean and tidy, has a comfy bed and sofa (also sofa bed), nice shower, good kitchenette with fridge, hob and microwave for making own food, and you can use the washing machine on the ground floor. We were also happy with the lift to the top floor, needed in the heat! Would definitely stay here again if back in Palermo and highly recommend!
