“Short family break”
+I look for 3 things: Central location, Quiet location, comfy bed. I don't normally get all 3 but I certainly did here... It was just on a side street of the wonderful Campo de Fiori and far enough off the street to be really quiet.. Only a few mins walk to all the main attractions and dozens of places to eat within 2 mins of the propertly. Beds (even the sofa bed) were comfortable and it had all of the facilitites that you'd expect. Very responsive host also. Will be back
−Wish we could have stayed longer.

−Was not clean, tap in shower was not even exist, only open and close, couldn’t shower properly even we had baby with us, when we asked they said it’s fixed only one level

“Could have been a lot better, lots of potential.”
+Property is in a brilliant location, walking distance to everywhere. Air con was nice and strong, could feel the difference from the heat outside and was nice to come back to after a day out.
−Property needs a lot of maintenance. After a hour of walking round in no shoes both my partners and my feet were filthy, flip flops had to be worn whilst inside. The shower had little to no pressure and broke on our second day, we messaged the staff and was advised someone would be round to fix it, no one came and we were left with no hot water and a dripping shower for the remainder of our trip. The bath and toilet were both covered in stains when we arrived. The patio is very outdated with stains all over the parasol and dying plants everywhere. A wood strip was hanging off the bathroom sink, lots of stains on walls, bed frame, red wine stains on the mirror and spare pillows were yellow with no pillow cases on.

+the location is fantastic - defintiely the best part to stay in The outdoor courtyard was great to eat breakfast. The hosts very easy to contact through whats app. Answered all questions and gave recommendations. they even put the Air Con on before we arrived so it was cool when we arrived.
−the water pressure in the shower was awful and it also went very cold then scalding hot without notice - which was an issues with kids.

“Brilliant location and good size for a couple.”
+Fabulous location within the old part of the city and nearby market. Apartment was on first floor with courtyard and lift access. Good sized bathroom. Great to have a little dishwasher and washing machine.
−Apartment has so much potential but a little shabby and unloved with broken chair in courtyard and struggling plants. The lighting system was a bit confusing but manageable.

−La falta de mantenimiento y poca limpieza del apartamento. En el momento de llegar al apartamento, nos quisimos duchar y nos dimos cuenta que el monomando de la ducha estaba roto, ya que no salia agua caliente, por lo consiguiente no nos hemos podido duchar durante toda nuestra estancia, y, esto nos ha creado una incomodidad y un malestar, ya que consideramos que son necesidades basicas de sseo, estando en Roma a tempersturas de 41 grados. Por lo tanto pedimos una compensacion al respecto. Tenemos video demostrativo de ello, Entedemos que es una falta grave de deguimiento y mantenimiento por parte de la propuedad, porque deberian haberse dado cuenta de ello antes de entregarlo para sus cliented.

“Ubicación excelente”
+La ubicación, cerca de Trastevere y a un paso de Campo Fiori. El aire acondicionado, en verano imprescindible.
−La única pega es que no había microondas, el resto perfecto.

“Bra läge, men väger tyvärr inte upp det dåliga.”
+Väldigt bra läge och område. Närhet till allt. Trevlig uteplats.
−Vi hade återkommande problem med toaletten. Det gick inte att spola till och från. Kontaktade värdarna som skickade dit en "handyman" men blev inte bättre första gången. Andra gången blev det bättre men ibland uppstod det fortfarande problem med spolning. I badrum läckte handfatet och vi påtalade problemet till värdarna. De skickade dit en rörmokare men det hjälpte inte. Mycket dåligt vattentryck i duschen. Boendet upplevdes som bristfälligt städat. Fläckar och hår i badrummet trots städerskan nyss varit där. Dessutom stördes vistelsen av högljudda byggarbeten varje morgon, vilket gjorde att terrassen inte gick att använda på morgonen. Terassen var inte heller ren, med smutsiga dynor & parasoll.
