“Disappointing accommodation”
+The double bedroom was ok, apart from the navy throw on the bed that had blades of dry grass on it. The windowsill was not clean.
−The single bed next to the window is lop sided. We put a pillow underneath the mattress to even it out, very uncomfortable for the person sleeping in it. There was no tea, coffee or washing up liquid. The wall next to the toilet had splashed of what appeared to be vomit. There was orange sticky stuff, perhaps a chewed sweet, next to the bedside drawers in the single bed room. The outside of the property is very dirty, making it impossible not to bring dirt into the apartment from under shoes.

+Nice clean apartment with everything we needed for a couple of nights stay in the area.
−Would have loved for there to have been a couple more tea towels and some washing up liquid

+The property is spacious, offers good facilities and has recently been upgraded inside giving a modern feel.
−The property is in a rundown area of Jedburgh. On booking.com there are no pictures of the exterior which I did not consider to be an issue when I booked. However the buildings on the street are quite rundown and there is a lot of litter lying near the property. The entrance to the flat is really unclean and in dire need of tidying up. Although the flooring is quite new throughout I don’t think it’s been cleaned properly in recent months. Walking around in white socks quickly made the soles brown. The hardwood floors felt sticky underfoot.

“Very good”
+The area was quiet and the flat it's self was spotless. Definitely would stay again.
−Only suggestion would be a small table and chairs as Only place to eat meals was the couch with a small coffee table. However wasn't an issue.
