“It’s like another home from home. It’s comfortable, safe and very convenient. Hosts were LOVELY!”
+As an airline crew who stay at so many different hotels for work/holiday, I would say I had best experience with Greenpoint Emerald. To truly embrace the culture of a country, the best is to live like a local. I felt myself and the children were so connected to this “Mother City” by a very warm hospitality from the 3 lady hosts soon after I confirmed my booking. I felt we were their friend already right from the start by their invite to a WhatsApp group just for the 4 of us. On our very early arrival, one of the 3 hosts - superb lovely Vee came to welcome us at this stunning property, with excellent face-recognition security system in place. Throughout our stay, they kept on checking on our well-being. The area was so safe so I had no problem walking to the supermarket (3 mins away) and surrounding areas like Sea Point / V&A Waterfront. All in all, I feel so blessed to have found this jewel. My gratitude to you all again, Vee, Ennie and Sam! Hope we could visit you again soon.

“I wish I could have stayed longer. It was a lovely sunny modern and comfortable apartment.”
+The location was perfect. Very close to Woolworths Food, coffee shops, restaurants and the Waterfront Shopping Centre. We could see the sea and got a lovely view of the sunset over Signal Hill.
−There wasn't anything that I didn't like. The host kindly left a bottle of wine for us which was lovely but maybe a little starter bottle of milk would have been good too.

+A gorgeous 2 bedroom flat with a great dining area and balcony. We also enjoyed lounging in the living room on the comfy sofas whilst watching TV after a long day out.

“Very comfortable and good location”
+Location was excellent and the flat was very well equipped and very comfortable.
−The security guard took up a lot of our time before we could check in to our flat as he was new and did not know how things worked wrt the flat and keys. The host was very nice and tried to explain, but he only understood after he called his supervisor.

+Central location in Green Point to most of the sightseeing’s, within walking distance to V&A Waterfront and food markets. Nice neighborhood with a lot of breakfast options, cafes and restaurants. Outstanding services at the property and secure access to the property with option to use a garage. Daily messages from the owner and his agent, in which they inquired about our well-being and offered support if needed; they looked after us during our stay.

+Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, super sicher durch Gesichtserkennung und Sicherheitsdienst, top Lage für V&A (zu Fuß 5 min) und die Erkundung von ganz Kapstadt (unkompliziert und günstig per Uber). Tolle Cafes zu Fuß erreichbar. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Strandlaken, Profiföhn, Shampoo etc. alles vorhanden. Balkon mit tollem Ausblick. Und das Beste: Wanhsinning bemühte und liebe Gastgeberinnen, die jederzeit erreichbar waren!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln! Dankeschön!!!
