+I didn't like that the shower had only cold water. It was fixed once then became cold again after a couple of days. Also, the microwave and oven had no heat. We asked the front desk if they would fix it on two different occasions. They said that they'd send someone to fix it the next day, both times. This never happened the entire two weeks of my stay. The day time security and cleaning staff were really good. However, the cleaning ladies did throw away a few things I didn't want thrown out.

“Not worth it”
+The bed was very comfortable and the location good, at the center of Kilimani and walking distance to mall, cafes etc
−When we arrived, the man at the reception told us it was booked by someone else and no room was available, despite booking fairly in advance and even confirming the checkin time the day before. We insisted and finally got a room, that was definitely not as appealing as the pictures - very dark, not super clean, run down and totally inhospitable.

“Thank you and looking forward to visit again.”
+I booked this property for a night for my dad. He said it was very comfortable and quite spacious. The manager was very responsive and friendly. Also helped to get some tea for my dad the next morning. We were a bit late to pick him out the next day but were allowed an extra 1 hour. I personally would stay here another time. Close proximity to amenities within the hurlingharm area.
−The small road leading to the property can be better. I doubt it is the responsibility of the property.. I suppose the maintenance of this is supposed to be done by the county?

“Baustellen, viel Schmutz”
+In der Küche lagen uralte Waschlappen herum. Schlechter erster Eindruck.
