“The accommodation met our expectations and needs. I can recommend!”
+The location was good to visit both Catania and Etna. Andrea is very nice host, he gave us useful advice what is worth visiting. Our flight was late afternoon so we appreciated very much that we could leave the room later than normal check-out.

“Enjoyable stay”
+We stayed here so we were close to the base of Mt etna although you really need car. ( check with the owner) if you are oming in from cantani the best bus we found was the 901

“Superb”
+Having a Kitchen was great! Andrea was very friendly and answered any questions promptly.. it was easy to find and for us was a good compromise as a place to stay in between Mt Etna and Catania. There was a grocery store and fruit stand right across the street
−The location wasn't the best for walking around as it is located on the main road and it is very busy. Not the fault of Greenhouse, however we had one person in our party who couldn't walk as fast as needed to navigate the area.

“Friendly and welcoming, comfortable place to stay”
+Good size apartment for two people and good value for a short stay, with good storage. Air conditioning worked very well and room was well ventilated and cool, even in August. Location great for visiting Etna, Catania and Syracuse. Lovely pets!

+Nice apartment on fine location between Catania and Etna. Parking space is on the premise and behind closed gates. The host was very nice.

+Tout était parfait ! Andrea est très sympathique et serviable. Le logement est calme, dispose de tout le nécessaire, et est climatisé. Il est aussi parfaitement situé par rapport à Catane et l'aéroport. La grande terrasse est un atout majeur, et il y a un parking privé. Merci encore à Andrea qui a aussi été très flexible sur notre heure de départ.

+Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft (Zimmer Michele) sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat hervorragend funktioniert. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass er uns aktiv seine Unterstützung angeboten hat und jederzeit für Fragen oder Empfehlungen zur Verfügung gestanden hat. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot viel Platz für vier Personen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen selbst gemalten Bilder, die der Wohnung einen persönlichen Touch verleihen. Auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es waren unter anderem eine Waschmaschine, ein Wäscheständer, ein Bügeleisen, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle, ein Herd sowie ein Grill vorhanden. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügten über eine Klimaanlage. Auch schön fanden wir den große Balkon, auf dem man entspannt sitzen und gemeinsam essen konnte. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht hervorragend. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt.

−La cucina e i pochi utensili a disposizione perché mancavano gli strofinacci, detersivi e non c'èra il forno elettrico in cucina per poter fare delle pietanze al forno.
