+Lorenzo was there to meet us. He was so accommodating and gave us information on places to visit. He also let us know how quiet the area was, which was a joy after the chaos of the centre which was packed with people.
−Honestly, apart from perhaps a better shower head and a glass shower screen instead of the shower curtain and perhaps a bitter bin set up in kitchen to separate waste, nothing.

“Peaceful retreat with thoughful touches”
+This place was a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of Florence city center. It was a short walk to catch the bus downtown or you could easily walk in 20 minutes. Check-in and check-out were easy and painless. I loved the personal touches Lorenzo offered: map, suggestions, and necessities to make for a pleasant stay.
−I could hear the person packing upstairs on my last day. Since the apartments are in close quarters, it’s expected, but otherwise, it was peaceful.

+The host was great, and the owner was personally involved throughout the process. They were exceptionally accommodating, understanding, and helpful. Before and during our stay, they sent us recommendations for local grocery stores and restaurants, and even had a map waiting for us when we arrived. We really appreciated the personal attention and thoughtfulness. It made us feel welcome and helped make our stay much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
−It appears to be common in Italy for the electrical system to have limited capacity. Running multiple A/C units together with the washing machine, dryer, or other appliances can overload the system and trip the breaker. To avoid this, turn off the A/C in at least one room, or preferably two rooms, before using the washing machine, dryer, or other high-power appliances. This will help prevent the breaker from tripping.

+The apartment was very comfortable for a family of 4, close to a bakery, a pizzeria, and just a 20-minute walk from the city center.The neighborhood was very beautiful and quiet, with paid parking right outside the house. The air conditioning was sufficient for the hot August days. Our host, Lorenzo, was very polite, and our communication was flawless; he welcomed us with wine and a map with all the sights marked, which was extremely helpful if you are visiting Florence for the first time.
−The only inconvenience might be the stairs, as there is no elevator, so it would be a good idea to choose lower floors, just like we did.
