“Average stay...”
+Two bathrooms Beds comfortable
−Bathroom 1 Shower did not drain properly and overflowed. Toilet blocked and we had to unblock it ourselves. No plunger available. Bedroom 2 Two flat pillows . No Additional available. Kitchen The fact the the host requires the occupants to wash the dishes themselves results in dirty dished in the cupboards. Which you have to rewash regardless. The cleaning staff did not check the cleanliness of the dishes in the cupboards.

“Unrealistic and controlling owner. Facilities doesn’t match what you get(garden, washing machine etc”
+We booked this place because it is pet friendly (20€ cleaning fee) but also because it says on the facilities that there’s a garden/terrasse - but keep in mind that you are not allowed to use (the owner got mad at us for trying to go out there) next reason we booked was that there was a washing machine, that was also a problem for him, that guest want to use it, and cost 5 € per wash? The most ridiculous thing is that if you use the kitchen you have to clean everything or else it cost you 30 €, I have never tried this before. The apartment is itself is okay, and fine size, though very dark, almost no natural light.
−When you are checking in, the owner does not come and give you the keys, (key box is fine) but, we found out he is sitting in the building and watching you from a camera. We found out when he suddenly wrote an angry what’s app message that we are not allowed to go out in the garden or washing machine room (even though the booking site says he has garden and washing machine?) so he sad and watched us on the camera in the hallway - we find that a little creepy, instead of just come and explain the rules or put a sign. We asked him to come and he eventually came to check if his door was okay (which it was) I told him that he should remove ‘garden’ from his facilities if you cannot use it, or at least put a sign. Instead of trying to understand, he just made excuses and seemed very proud and rejective. Not a good start :(

“Passable”
+The location is not far from the historical center. The space itself is very roomy and can accommodate 2 couples or a bigger group. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen.
−The communication with the owner was not great. I received a message to send our documents for the check in via WhatsApp few hours before the check in. I had very spotty data and couldn't do it. When we arrived we were not given the instructions on the check in and nobody was responding to our messages we were sending via booking.com or phone calls. The lady from upstairs came out s she heard us going up and down the stairs and she called the owner who finally reached out to us through a surveillance camera and let us in. We spent 40 min waiting on the stairs of the apartment to get in. Also the images are of a teatre in Bari and NOT of the apart building. Very misleading.

“3 nap Bariban”
+Mindkét fürdőszoba fel van újítva. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak. Az utcán van parkoló ( fizetős), a közeli parkban tudtunk parkolni kedvezményes áron. Szombaton a parkon túl hatalmas piac, zöldségekkel, gyümölcsökkel, pékáru, sajt-hús-hal- tengeri herkentyűk hatalmas választékával.
