+Lucian manages several apartments in the Calea Calarasilor area. He was very kind and always available when we had questions or requests. An issue we had in the apartment was addressed promptly. The apartment is equipped with everything you'd need, even for a longer stay: a washing machine, a dishwasher, cooking facilities, a large fridge, and a freezer.There's plenty of on-street parking space available in the vicinity. Bus\tram stations are very close by. Metro station some 10 mins walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants in just a few minutes on foot.
−Kitchen and bathroom furniture is old, so are the doors.

“A Wonderful Host and a Perfect Apartment”
+After a very stressful situation with another hotel where our reservation was unexpectedly cancelled late in the evening, we had to urgently find a new place to stay. Thankfully, this booking turned out to be a great decision. I immediately contacted the owner by phone. He spoke perfect English and communication was very easy. I explained that one person in our group has difficulty walking, and he kindly upgraded us for free to a ground-floor apartment so it would be easier to access, since the elevator was under repair. This was a very thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. He welcomed us personally, showed us the apartment, and made sure we were happy with everything. On the last day we only contacted him briefly to let him know we were leaving. The apartment itself was excellent and exactly what we needed. It was spacious and had three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two sofa beds, and a third with a double bed and two single beds. There was also a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. +Nice owner. The location was great for us.
−No hot water at all in one bathroom and also on the other bathroom either cold or mild water. We had to take cold showers. Smell of cigarette smoke in the living room. In one bedroom, we smelled human sweat from the bed linen. Parking space was about 200 meters away from the apartment.

“Dezamagitor din cauza gazdei.”
−Gazda neserioasă. Nu ne-a furnizat apartamentul pe care l-am rezervat și ne-a trimis în altă locație fără a ne anunța în prealabil. În momentul în care i-am semnalat acest aspect a găsit scuza că în apartamentul rezervat nu funcționează apa și ne-a oferit un alt apartament la vreo 2 km de locația inițială, dar l-am refuzat. Consider că trebuia să ne anuțe din timp că nu ne putem caza în apartamentul pe care l-am rezervat și să ne direcțoneze direct la apartamentul care avea aceleași condiții cu cel rezervat.
