“Booking pool and sauna needed in advance”
+It was modern and clean apartment but not the one I’ve booked. 1 week before arrival the owner informed us that our apartment is not available and she proposed something else in the same building - smaller, with no such nice view and with not so nice plan. The wifi worked perfect.
−Just After we’ve booked apartment the ownerinformed us that swimming pool and sauna you need to reserve in advance. It was ridicules. If we have known before, we would book something else. We had to adjust all our plans to swimming pool. Finaly, we were able to ask for reservation 2 weeks in advance. One week before arrival the owner booked for us - some hours what we’ve asked, some close to our hours when there was no availability any more. Sometimes we used our hours, sometimes we didn’t have time and noone was able to use it. Last time before departe we went to the pool but the guy there told us, we don’t have reservation for pool but for sauna only. And we’ve changed our plans for the pool. Very anoying.

“I think the property itself is very nice, however, there should be more transparency with policies of the facilites of t”
+The property was very nice and very secure. My wife and I felt very safe. The apartment was clean, and comfortable for the 4 days that we stayed.
−We didn’t like that it was not clear before booking, that we had to make reservations for the pool and sauna. It would have been nice to know beforehand, because maybe we would have booked somewhere else. Unfortunately, as a visitor to Bogota, it was unfortunate that in order to use the facilities (pool/sauna) you had to make the reservation and then program your day around that, and as a traveler, it would have been nice to just have free access, or just to have been made aware before hand about this policy. Moreover, the internet only worked the first night, which was annoying, as we had to buy more data on our phones in order to access the internet. Additionally, there was no shampoo or soap in the shower, and there were still wet towels in the laundry room when we arrived.
