“Superb”
−We really liked the property, but the only negative thing was the communication with the owner. I always needed to wait 3-4 days for a reply to any message, even when I asked if the water was safe to drink.

“Very hot apartment because it has no air conditioning or fan - avoid during the summer”
−The apartment has many positive aspects, but the VERY BIG PROBLEM is that it doesn't have air conditioning or any kind of fan. The heat in the apartment during the summer is unbearable, and for this reason, this apartment should be avoided during the summer months. I believe the heating works well, so it would be highly recommended during the colder season.

“Exceptional”
+The apartment was good for myself and my family (two adults and a toddler) - it was clean, comfortable and well equipped with new furniture. Kitchen had all the basics and we did not miss anything. There was a good selection of tees and a coffee machine which made good quality coffee. Bathroom was nice and spacious, we used the washing machine several times. Sound insulation was good so no noise could be heard coming from outside. Entry to the apartment was easy because of the detailed instructions we received from our host prior to our arrival. Underground garage is accessible via elevator - huge plus when carrying a lot of stuff! Heating was really good considering the fact that outside temperatures were around and below 0 °C for all the days we were there. The outside patio and garden were very spacious and a great place to play in the snow. The location was quite good - even though it was not central, it was close (by car) to a good shopping center and just off the highway and within 6-7 minutes walking distance to a bus stop which can take you directly to city center (bus 32). All in all, lots of good things to say about this apartment, we were pleased with our stay here.

“Exceptional”
+Clean and beautiful apartment fully equipped. It also has a little garden but big enough for enjoying and having good time. Pretty quiet area, near shopping center and close to the city center.

“Lipsa de respect și profesipnalism”
+Curat, utilat corespunzător.
−Nu am fost anuntat în timp util ca nu mai beneficiez de loc de parcare și internet, servicii pe care le-am plătit. Dacă renunțăm la rezervare, riscam sa stau o noapte în strada. Nu am primit contravaloarea serviciilor de care nu am putut beneficia. La sfârșitul sejurului, 2 zile ma deranjat o echipa de tehnicieni, pentru a lucra la rețea. O proasta organizare. Și anul trecut am avut o problema cu intetnetul. Fără a fi anunțat, au navalit peste mine în apartament 3 tehnicieni, care au lucrat cam 3 ore. Consider ca administrarea apartamentului lasă mult de dedorit. Se remarca lipa profesionalismului și a respectului fata de chiriaș.

+Małe mieszkanie w bloku na nowym osiedlu. Położone na parterze. Wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy na dziesięciodniowy pobyt. Czyste i zadbane. Jest pralka, a suszyć można w ogródku za boczną ścianą budynku. Miejsce postojowe w garażu pod budynkiem. Blisko zjazdu z autostrady, dzięki czemu dojazd samochodem do atrakcji położonych poza Grazem jest łatwy. 500 metrów do przystanku autobusowego, 700 do s-bahnu. Obok przystanku supermarket, a za autostradą wielkie centrum handlowe.
