+Highly recommend Grand Duplex in Aswan! Great location in the lively market, huge and comfortable space, all facilities available, very clean and nice AC, great value for money. The host Mohamed is so kind and friendly. Had a lovely stay!

+Perfect Review for Grand Duplex in Aswan I had an excellent stay at Grand Duplex in Aswan. The location is fantastic, right in the lively local market. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the price was very reasonable. The owner Mohamed is kind and genuine. I left my headphones behind when I was in a hurry to leave, and he immediately sent a staff member to deliver them to me at the station. Highly recommend Grand Duplex to everyone!

−The design of the bathroom is risky not comfortable to use. 1/ the deposition of shower room is not reasonable. It is not closed for the shower room while it has led the water overflow to the floor of the bathroom. It is risky . 2/there is no curtain when it is under shower to avoid the water outflow 3/drainage in the bathroom is so old to drain the water thus led so wet to fall in down to the floor. Since I am a mid-age man , when I fall in down to the floor, it has hurt my back , luckily , it has not hurt my head, but when it comes to an old man, I have no idea what will happen. And when I ask for help from the hotel guys when I am ached, I have just gotten some ice bag , no official guy gets up to help me and no sorry for me.

+Location is good, close to the river and you can walk around. Our room (grand duplex) is on 3rd floor with no elevator but the receptionist guy helped to carry our luggages. The bedroom upstair was comfortable and lovely. There is a parking nearby and we paid 100 EGP for 1 day.
−The room is more suitable for 2 persons. For our family of 4, the room downstairs (living room and bathroom) is too small. The bathroom has too much detergent smell.

+Bardzo niska cena,a warunki naprawdę dobre. Mieszkanie czyste, łazienka dość przestronna, klimatyzacja i wentylacja dobrze działają. Bez problemu u lokalnych sprzedawców otrzymaliśmy wskazówki jak dotrzeć do lokalu. Właściciel czekał z kluczem o wcześniejszej godzinie o którą prosiliśmy.
−Jedyny minus to niedziałający internet - połączenie z routerem było, ale internetu brak. Jednakże za taką cenę można na to przymknąć oko.
