“Good apartment and location”
+Comfortable beds and clean bedding and quiet at night. Everything you might need for your stay is already there Communication with the host was excellent and also with the person who met me to provide access and show me around the apartment. Checkout couldn't have been simpler and clear instructions were provided regarding bins and recycling. There were useful food items in the cupboard (oil, seasonings, tea coffee) and cleaning supplies (laundry and dishwasher pods, fairy liquid etc). Although we didn't use it, there is a bus stop just a few yards away and a stop for the famous tram 28 just 5 minutes away, up a short steep side street. There are restaurants and small supermarkets very close by, a bakery almost opposite the apartment and a small shop that sold fresh fruit and veg just a few yards down the road.
−The second bedroom is very tight (though plenty of space for clothes to hang and to stow travel bags ) with only inches of space down either side of the bed, and the shower room for that bedroom is also very compact. Its ok for a slim to average sized person but it may not work for larger folks. The bed is large and comfortable though.

“Good place, good location, well equipped, good value for 4.”
+Great location just 3 mins walk from iconic Tram 28, as well as shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets; lovely local bakery opposite and excellent family run cafe 2 doors away. Really good value for 4 people. Well equipped for doing your own cooking, too.
−On the ground floor so it's great there're no stairs but neither is there one's own outside space nor views.

+Graça means Grace, and in our further impression - home. 🩵 This place really has a soul, it is both comfy and modern. The level of comfort and privacy one can have in this place is immense. Two separated rooms with bathrooms, and shared living space was the perfect choice for us.
−Nothing to mention regarding the property. We noticed that some streets of the city in general can be uncomfortable for two ladies walking alone, but that doesn't stand for the street of the apartment where we stayed. Very positive impression.

“Nice and cozy apartment that could use a few general improvements.”
+Very generous with all types of household items that short time visitors don’t want to be forced to buy. Nice towels. Kitchen was well furnished.
−Neighbors above were quite noisy late into the night. Beds were a bit too soft. Key + lock to the door works poorly.

“Charming, spacious apartment in a fantastic location”
+Charming and spacious apartment in a great location. Superbly equipped with everything our family needed, especially the kitchen. Adel was super friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend it for a small family.
−One bathroom and one bedroom were small, not designed for a bigger, taller person but ok for kids, smaller person. We did not mind, but just keep this in mind when booking.

“Very wonderful stay!”
+Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, close to the trolly and lots of restaurants. Very nice owner :) also found a parasol in the apartment which came in handy when we went to the beach
−I don’t think there was any AC, but they did have fans there. We got 2 keys to the apartment, but one of them was very difficult to make work.

“It's an amazing place for us 🥰”
+The host Adel was very accommodating and helpful by giving us tips and advice. He was patiently waiting for us as we were late in our arrival. We loved the place as it was on the first floor and most of all walkable in all the tourist attractions🤩 The apartment was complete with all the things you need.
