“Half of the flat is underground and thus has a huge problem with mould and fresh air. Disappointing.”
+Location is good. Easy access to the central part.
−MOULD. And the smell of it. Half of the apartment is undergound though it says "2 floor". The only window of the bedroom is arrond 70x70 cm and is very high so no view to outside world, no light - only the smell of the garbage bins outside and the noise of the truck that collects them during the night. the other bedroom also had a stain of mould on the wall ( though this one is above the ground ). We came comparatively late so had no chance to look for another place and thus ruin one of the two days we planed in Lisbon. I would accept all the things no matter what, BUT this is a health issue - people do not go to a holiday to breath poisonous smells. The information and the fotos for the place are misleading. At the door of the building this apartment is named "CAVE" - matches the feeling. It is the first time I write a bad review. Very disappointed with Booking.com as well. Attaching the picture of the bedroom window looked from outside ... The other reason for not being out immediately is that there were air fresheners in each room so at first you don't feel the smell of the building. Apology to the owners for the bad review, but this is really unfair what you do when presenting

“Good!”
+Very nice place, good located, comfortable. Don't expect luxury! It is a proper accommodation for a 7-8 grading on Booking.com. Suitable for people coming to visit the beautiful city of Lisboa (thus being outside from morning until late evening) and not wishing to stay inside the property. Staff is nice too
−It is a little bit narrow and cramped.

“Great location, paid street parking.”
+This is a good location and we walked most places. The communication was very good and self check in was great. It was a reasonable price. The beds were clean and comfortable (no sagging). The water was hot and the bathtub is large.
−The listing said there was parking. This is misleading. There is paid street parking that is hard to find, or paid parking garages that are fairly far away. One bedroom is also the living room: This is a basement appartment down stairs. One bedroom is by the front door, and then there is a long hall with a bathroom and kitchen with a small table that comfortably seats 3 adults and can fit 4. At the other end is a small room with a sofa bed and an additional closet that has a twin bed. This room is also the living room! I hadn't understood this from the pictures- which may be my fault, but it came as a surprise. It would work better for 2 or 3 people than it did with 4.

“Disappointing”
−You are literally sleeping in the basement with one small window. It was really nosiy there. Not recomending at all.
