“Misleading photos, hazardous conditions, and the worst stay we’ve experienced”
+Nothing positive to mention about this property.
−Misleading Listing: The online photos are severely outdated; the advertised sofa bed was completely missing. Severe Electrical & Safety Issues: The circuit breaker tripped 4-5 times whenever two appliances ran simultaneously. The electric meter was exposed with no cover, and the TV was sitting on an unscrewed, unstable stand. Dirty & Cluttered Kitchen: The area was filled with junk (car hubcaps, pipes, tiles), a hole in the floor, and a leaking tap. No basic essentials provided (no coffee pods, tea, laundry detergent, or oven gloves). Unacceptable Bathroom: Broken toilet seat, broken bin, no exhaust fan, and the showerhead was rigged up with a plastic bag instead of a proper holder. Terrible Sleeping Conditions: The master mattress was worn out with painful springs poking through and a foul smell. The kids' bed was just a cheap folding mat on the floor with an uncomfortable center seam. General Discomfort: Stale cigarette smoke smell in the lobby, tricky front door lock, stuck window blinds, and an extremely loud AC unit that barely cooled the room.

“Poor communication and mold”
+The location is great, very close to everything.
−The were mold on the window from bedroom and bathroom. The host was not responding on time. Didn’t get the check-in on time although we actually asked for an early check-in as came with a small baby, we needed to wait in front of the apartment half hour after the stated check-in time and at around 1:30 got a reply from the host that we can leave our belongings while the cleaning lady was still preparing the flat. On the departure day, didn’t get any instructions, although sent a message to the host. we just left the apartment leaving the keys inside.

+Не нужно никуда идти, чтобы встретить рассвет в Лиссабоне. Достаточно выйти на балкон. На фото вид из окна на рассвете

+Понравилось всё 👌 чисто и великолепно
−Очень удобное расположение . Есть кафе рядом атмосферное , прям Партугалтское 😍 и по пути в центр очень много интересного . Интересных улочек. Вид из одной из спален просто невероятный - на океан и крыша домов .

“Yo no repetiría...”
+Las toallas y la ropa de cama estaban limpias.
−Deberia de estar más limpio, la luz de la cocina no funcionaba, los sofás estaban con manchas, la alfombra igual, en general, no estaba muy limpio. Se nota que le han dado un chapa y pintura rapido, pero le falta hacer varios arreglos.. El sofá de sala estar bastante incómodo.
