+The location is fantastic. Very Instagramy. Lovely ceiling, decoration, simple and elegant. You get an iron and other utilities. All the restaurants near. But....
−The intense mouldy smell. I was there with my family and really question the safety of sleeping in there. We were coughing all night. I was only for two nights, most of the time outside, but everytime we were returning, we were shocked by the smell.

−In the bathroom wasn’t any shampoo ore shower gel, and it is a smell inside very hard probably from humidity and old building.

“Bad”
+The location is very close to the center, it's straight on the main pedestrian road. But at the same time it was quite in the apartment. There were very beautiful arched ceilings. There is one bedroom and one living room and separate kitchen
−The stovetop didn't work. The frying pans and the pan were very dirty, not able to be used. Our 1 star rating refers to the note we found in the kitchen: "clean dishes after yourself and take your garbage or pay €30 extra fee". Nobody works this way. It's disrespectful to your guests

“OK Apartment in zentraler Lage mit ein Paar Punkten, die stören könnten”
+Die zentrale Lage in der Fussgängerzone ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Alles ist in Gehweite - ausser dem Bahnhof, der aber nur ein paar Euro mit Uber entfernt ist. Das Gewölbe ist wirklich gotisch und die Ausstattung sehr zufriedensten. Auch wurde gekühlt und es war nicht zu heiss im Sommer. Es war sehr ruhig und auch sauber.
−Das Apartment hat auf den Fotos ein wenig besser ausgesehen. Der Hinterhof, durch den man vom Eingang bis hinten gehen muss ist mit anderen geteilt und es liegen jede Menge Sachen, Gerümpel und Mülltonnen stehen herum. Leider war das Wasser im Spülkasten ohne hohen Wasserdruck und auch wenn man nichts ausser den eigenen "Abfällen hineinwirft" also kein Papier etc. wird nicht alles heruntergespült und man musste ein paar Stunden warten, bis genügend Wasserdruck vorhanden war. Was mich auch gestört hat war, dass Check-out auf der Website mit 11:30 Uhr angegeben war und die Putzfrau aber um 11 Uhr aufgetaucht ist und ich halbnackt mit Ihr diskutieren musste. Die Nachbarin konnte Ihr dann aus dem Fenster gegenüber verständlich machen, dass ich noch 10 min brauchen würde. Ich hasse es, wennich so gedrängt werde, denn das stresst und da kann man leicht etwas vergessen. Alles in allem war es ok, aber ehrlicherweise würde ich jetzt eines der anderen Apartments nehmen, die in der engeren Wahl waren.

“Locatie frumoasa cu unele minusuri.”
+Locatia perfecta,situata chiar in centrul vechi, pe pietonala, in inima distractiei. Apartamentul decorat cu bun gust. Lenjerii si prosoape curate. Bucataria utilata cu strictul necesar.
−Mirosul neplacut si persiatent de mucegai ne-a dererminat sa petrecem cat mai putin timp in apartament. Șifonierul necesita o igienizare in interior mai ales ca prosoapele si lenjeria de rezerva erau depozitate in el.
