+The location is good and accessible. Easy to take public transport to other locations. The apartment is big with lot of spaces. The balcony is cosy to spend sometime.
−Only 1 small air conditioner in the living room. The days we were there was 32 degrees and it was almost impossible to rest. Opening the window then it’s a busy street with loud traffic sound. There is a fan on the ceiling but not helping much in such days

“good value for money, spaceous appartment, good location.”
+spaceous appartment, functional kitchen, big private terrace furnished with dining table among other things, free unlimited pool at the location, private parking included, tram stop and bars/cafe right at the location.
−Underground parking is very tight, do not bring a huge car there, it will not fit. We had Renault Symbioz SUV, it was ok-ish, but do not bring a Dodge Ram there, for example.

“Great location, but some aspects of the accommodation were disappointing.”
+Location of apartment was very good as it was opposite the tram stop for Miriam Blasco, which took us into the city. Buses also operate down the same road, so transport available was very good. Nice bar on the street underneath the apartment block that serves good selection of tostadas, tapas and main plates.
−There were a few issues with the apartment that included mould on the ceiling of the en-suite, main bedroom persiana blind that was a struggle to drop. Lack of bedside lamp electrical sockets (that we could see) in the 2nd bedroom, lack of shower floor mats, so towels had to be used. Central pendant light in the lounge that did not work (although the owner did offer to replace bulb). Coffee table in the lounge was very tatty. Mugs in the kitchen were either mis-matched or chipped. Kettle lid was broken, but usable. Whilst there were a few other issues, it seemed to me that whilst the apartment was in a great location, it has not been cared for, nor updated and looked very tired.

“PARA NO VOLVER”
+La terraza es muy grande y las zonas comunes están muy bien.
−La comunicación mantenida con el propietario previa a la entrada al alojamiento y despúes de la salida para la devolución de la fianza. La forma de expresarse en los mensajes previos deja entrever que es una persona desconfiada y así te lo va confirmando mensaje a mensaje, no te da la información de entrada hasta el último momento. Si no se fia de las personas, mejor que no alquile y así no tiene problemas. Por otro lado, pide una fianza de 150 euros, si no, no tienes acceso al apartamento. Al final de la estancia, nadie va a ver el apartamento por si se ha roto algo o deteriorado y ya para rematar, si quieres que te devuelva la fianza, tienes que ponerte en contacto con él y decírselo, ya que cuando me he puesto en contacto dice que no me la ha devuelto porque no puede ver el número de cuenta, pues entiendo que si es así, es él el que debe informar a los clientes de eso y no al revés, a lo mejor es que espera que se te olvide lo de la fianza.... Por otro lado, el apartamento tiene hormigas, las almohadas insufribles, hace calor en las habitaciones, faltan reposición de productos que tienen todos los apartamentos y hoteles, como papel higiénico, bolsas de basura, gel y champú, etc.

+L’établissement m’a demander une caution avant de me donner les informations pour prendre les clefs alors que tout a été payer sur booking du coup j’ai du prendre un autre hôtel comme vous pouvez le constater sur vos réservations

“Ottimo soggiorno ad Alicante”
+La casa è molto carina e spaziosa. Abbiamo fatto il check in e check out completamente da remoto. Il deposito cauzionale è stato restituito in tempi brevi. La posizione è buona e ti permette di girare la città per tutto il giorno con una fermata del tram di fronte casa Il complesso residenziale mette a disposizione anche servizi come una piccola area giochi per bambini ed una splendida piscina.
