+Great value, clean, short walk into town, grocery store nearby.
−I would suggest providing more towels and more blankets.

“Nice place close to Firule Beach!”
+Very clean. Spacious for two people. Angelo is a fantastic manager and was quick to respond to small issues and very helpful and friendly! Great bathroom with a great shower! Nice balcony.
−Bed was a bit firm for my taste. If you are used to a soft bed or one with a mattress topper, this one may be a bit firm for you.

“Great Apartment, great location”
+It is a fantastic apartment, very luxurious in terms of space for the two of us. It does have a sofa bed and would easily take 4. We ate in a fair few times and used the hob, toaster and kettle. Bathroom is lovely, lovely big shower. Air conditioning worked great. For us it was a great location. We didn't mind the walk (about 1.5km) down to the port and Diocletians Palace. The closest beach, near Znjan, was for us the best, quiet and clean. Small Tommy Supermarket under the apartment block. Not too far to walk to a larger Tommy and a Lidl as part of a small mall. We also used the Marjan Gym nearby.

+Location. Equal distance between Split town and newly developed beach area. Facilities and furniture are excellent although we could not get TV to work. Did more reading and talking so not really an issue. Very close to a couple of bars and supermarket. Good contact with owner / agent. Very helpful.
−No water left on arrival. Other places have left welcome packs and tea / coffee etc... there was none of this but supermarket 2 minutes away so no major issue. We did have difficulty finding the apartment but only because the numbering was not at ground level.

“Excellent, highest standard, cleanest apartment via easy check-in/out”
+Everything was super clean, the apartment was exactly the same one like on the booking website. Everything was high quality. For instance, two room has their own air conditioners. The bed was extremely comfortable, towels and bed sheets were clean. The apartment was very close to a public beach where you can swim in very safe environment. Just beneath the apartment, there is a supermarket where you can buy things whenever you want. There are two bus stops nearby so that we were able to use buses or taxi. Angelo very was kind, easygoing, funny person and helped us a lot. However, price/performance can be better so that we can always stay there…
−I really cannot find anything. The only thing I can tell is price/performance can be better. If it was 7.5-10% cheaper, I would be super happy.
