“Good location but VERY NOISY and too many niggles”
+The appartement is sizable and has plenty of space and storage for clothes. The location is good - near the shops, restaurants and the seafront. The pool was very quiet, clean and tidy.
−I did not agree with having to pay for the bedding when it is not stated in the conditions. You only get two sheets per bed and two towels each - for 15 euros per person, which is a lot. The quality of the towels was not good either. No instruction for the WIFI and it took quite a lot of communication with the agent before we got the right code. No visitor information - eg what to do with your rubbish, nearest supermarket, etc. The apartment itself is spacious and has plenty of storage space. However, the back sliding door lock is broken, so we had to use another lock which didn't feel very secure. The shutter on that window was also broken (would not stay up). The key for the back gate (to access the garden and pool) didn't work, so we had to exchange the key with the agent. The gate is falling off its hinges so you need to lift it when opening it. The toaster is a bit temperamental and a few of the lights didn't work (eg missing bulbs) or their electrical fittings looked a bit dodgy. One of the shelves in one of the kitchen cupboards was cracked and looked as if it was about to break completely under the weight of all the stuff stored on it. All of these niggles could be easily s

“I like this place and have used it twice now. A good base loaction for Javea, very relaxing site.”
+A good base location, and surprising quite, even though it is close to main road, none of which you can hear. All bed rooms have new Air Con, this is an upgrade since last year. lot of white goods, and books and games for childrean.
−Garden, area was cluttered, with sun loungers and that made it hard to use, as they where of diffrent makes, you couldn't stack them. Not an issue for property, but the agent who is looking after it. The sheets don't actually fit the beds, so you get tied up in them they are also , very limiting with the amount of towel they give you.

+The size of apartment, garden area and lay out very good. Plenty of space and choice of seating. Access to pool excellent. Location fantastic to be able to walk to all shops bars restaurants and beach
−Bed linen stained, not enough bath towels initially even though we had paid extra for them. Only 1 set of keys between 2 x families. No clear instructions to access WiFi in the property so we weren't able to use it until office sent us a photo of the code more than half way through holiday. Tables inside not clean and some rubbish left behind. Kitchen bin was very unclean and lots of crockery and glasses need washing before we could use them. The kitchen light was repaired after it had been flickering and eventually wouldn't work at all. Just needs a good refresh and thorough clean.

“Agréable”
+L’emplacement , le calme de la résidence , l’espace dans le logement et la propreté , l’accès rapide à la piscine, à la plage et aux restaurants
−Manque d’ustensiles pour la cuisine ( pas d’économe, d’égouttoir pour la salade par exemple) Les draps ne sont pas inclus dans le service au prix de la location c’est dommage et c’est la première fois en plus de 10 ans de location à Jávea
