“Wouldn't recommend”
+The beds were comfortable enough
−Light switches and power points felt dangerous. The floor of the shower looked awful. Every time someone moved, you could hear every sound. The heater in the lounge room didn't work. The whole place could do with a bit of a fix up. I also have some bites that I think might be from bed bugs. Possibly from the couch.

“Terrible, I left the first night and booked elsewhere”
+Nothing
−Everything, terrible beds, really dingey and poorly lit, smelt like stale cigarettes

+The location was very good in a little unit block
−The lawns needed a little bit of maintenance out the back, but for the price I’m definitely not complaining at all.

“Recommended. Would definitely stay again.”
+Visiting friends in Vic from SA. After the long drive, the home was just what we needed to rest and recharge! With lovely, cosy and homely vibes, it offered everything we needed for our stay and was in a perfect location for our needs and a nice quiet neighbourhood. The owner was extremely helpful and great communication before we arrived and overall we had a lovely time staying here. Thank you!!
−The mattresses could have been slightly more comfy. However, the beds were clean and warm and we would still return.

+I had a wonderful stay at this place. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Host was incredibly kind and always helpful. The central location made sightseeing easy. Excellent value. I would stay again and recommend without hesitation.

“The place needs major TLC!”
+It has two good sized bedrooms and two queen beds, the owner is almost responsive, and adequate parking.
−It is really a run down place! The front door screen is ripped, the front door needs repairs, the appliances are antiquated. The only heat is in the kitchen. There are two space heaters, but they tripped the fuse use the coffee pot.
