+Location is reasonable
−We have noticed several defects and safety issues at the property when we arrived. Some of which are listed below 1 The doors to Laundry area is a safety hazard as the top hinge is in a detached position from door-frame and not able to open safely. We could not enter the area for washing clothes. 2 -Showerhead in the upstairs bath room fell on to the head of my wife while showering and was a near miss from injury. It is dangling loose even after attempts to put back. 3- The doors to the balcony for the bedroom adjoining the kitchen are not lockable 4- Upstairs bath bathroom has no locks. 5- Toilet seat noted to have a crack 6-The same toilet seat was noted to be in a misaligned position to the tiolet rim. 7- Shower screen over bath area not operable with rubber seals hanging down. 8- couple of kitchen chairs are in damaged condition and still kept in kitchen which is a safety hazard. Having noticed this many defects and safety issues at the property, we were of the view that the owner is not maintaining the property at all and I thought itis not up to us to list all the defects. Additionally, the owner's disclosure on property was not complete, accurate or honourst. The owner failed
