“Location was great but big problem with electricity in building”
+The apartment was very clean and in a great location. The staff was also very responsive.
−The electricity went out for a couple of times during our stay. Initially, it stayed off for a couple of hours while we were told to troubleshoot it ourselves, but fortunately someone did eventually come to help.

“It was a lovely apartment, but disappointed about the issues mentioned.”
+Spacious, had a cute patio area with table and chairs, the washing machine and clothes rack was great. It was in a very convenient location, close to the duomo and a short walk to the train station.
−The foot of the bed was very close to the bedroom wall and made getting around the bed difficult, especially during the night. The check in time was 3:00pm, we arrived at 4:00pm but advised it wasn’t ready and to return in another hour to hour and a half. We were able to leave our luggage there, but after a day of travel, weren’t happy about having to walk around or find a place to sit until 5:00-5:30. On return, the room was ready but not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned as the toilet smelt of stale urine.

“Excellent host - very helpful. We would recommend”
+The property is well situated. The host was very easy to contact. We were met at the apartment by Cesare. He was extremely helpful and made a reservation for us at a restaurant for that evening.
−The key to the front door into the property was hard to use. A lady from a shop next to the property helped us to enter - although she was clearly exasperated as it was likely a regular problem.

“Everything was excellent”
+The host is super nice, easy to communicate with. They helped us to bring up our luggage and he gave us information about the city. Easy to collect the key. Check in was online before we arrived. Check out also very easy. Location is excellent, close to everything. The apartment is a very nicely renovated. I loved the little terasse.

“Location, location, location”
+The location was excellent and walkable from the train station with luggage. It was a 10 minute walk to the Duomo, a small supermarket was across the road. There was a minor problem that Mathias sorted out very quickly. Mathias was in touch prior to our arrival to ensure that someone would meet us at the accommodation. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of room in the living area. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment clean.
−The outer (street) door was difficult to open.

“A lovely apartment in a fantastic location.”
+The location of the apartment was fantastic - it was extremely central and lots of great places to eat and drink very close by. The kitchenette and small outdoor space were great for breakfast, brought locally. The furnishings were very tasteful.
−The only issue was that the bed was very low, although very comfortable, but if you struggle with pain in your knees (as my husband does) it may be difficult to get on and off - which my husband struggled to do. I had no issues and found the bed very comfortable.
