+The property was nice and big perfect for a family.
−As going with a big family with 5 adults and four kids. We were charged for a barbecue that wasn’t cleaned when we got there and we did not use. Also a photo frame that was held up by double sided tape that fell and almost hit my child coming down the stairs. We put all of our rubbish in the outside bin that ended up full. And simply because a sheet that they had there was left on the bed but was theirs when we got there. As a big House we spent two hours of our time before leaving to clean making sure all the dishes were done and vacuumed the downstairs area just for our bond to be taken “extra cleaning” which of course being huge 4 bedroom home it would obviously take extras time. Never had this problem before

“Overall, not happy. Very disappointed. Spent a lot of money and now can’t get it back.”
+Location was great!
−The place was dirty upon arrival. The floor was dirty. The bbq was disgusting. I sent photos via email when we left with photos. Couldn’t use the facilities because it was gross. Very disappointing as we purchased all this meat for a bbq and it was wasted. The beds were dirty before we put the linen on. Made us feel uneasy to sleep.
