“Perfect apartment for a week in Malaga”
+Perfect apartment! We got an amazing deal booking last minute and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay for our little week holiday. Staff responded to questions quickly and really polite, the checkin process seamless, the place clean and had everything we needed.
−We were fine but I would warn anyone with health issues that the steps and then hill getting up to the apartment block from town are tough in the heat. We did see a bus stop near by we didn’t utilise as we could handle the hike, but would be worth looking into that if you have mobility issues.

“Comfortable and peaceful stay. I loved the view from the living room with all the trees.”
+The location was great though you must be ready to climb up a lot of steps if you stick to walking (the property itself has a lift, it's just that it's built on a steep hill).It's within walking distance from the City Centre. It's very peaceful and you can walk in the beautiful park behind the property which offers fantastic views of Malaga and its surroundings.The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
−One bedroom didn't have AC so a thicker quilt would have been welcome in the Winter. The Italian coffee maker had a broken handle so it was a bit tricky to use it. As we didn't use the dishwasher and stayed for a full week, one tea towel wasn't really enough.

“Great location, clean and friendly hosts!”

−Even though winters are not so cold in Malaga, the apartment was humid and felt cold because the only heating available is air conditioning

+Хорошие апартаменты, три отдельные спальни, зал с телевизором, оборудованная кухня. Всё было чисто и приготовлено для гостей. Хороший балкон с видом на гору. Расположение хорошее, это практически центр, ходили на пляж Малагета . Но ходить надо много и в самом конце в гору. Случайно поняла, что мы с другой стороны горы на которой самая большая достопримечательность и смотровая площадка на город. Так что можно не спускаться обратно и идти в город, а чуть-чуть спуститься на другую сторону по ходу пути.
−Да вроде всё хорошо, соотношение цены и качества.

“Basic apartement”
+Kamers waren ruim genoeg en er was genoeg ruimte om te bekomen van een lange dag buiten in het drukke gedeelte van de stad
−Appartement lag op een berg en je moest steeds klimmen om terug te keren ( was toch steil). Ook weinig restaurants in de buurt.

+Podczas pobytu w tym apartamencie byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Lokalizacja okazała się świetna - wszędzie było blisko, a okolica była spokojna i cicha. W pobliżu znajdowały się sklepy spożywcze, a jeśli nie chciało się chodzić pieszo, niedaleko był przystanek autobusowy. Mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Znaleźliśmy wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy podczas pobytu, niczego nam nie brakowało. Apartament był komfortowy i zadbany, dzięki czemu pobyt był naprawdę udany. Z przyjemnością polecam to miejsce innym.

+Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz mit mehreren Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnbereich und einem schönen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schnelle Erreichbarkeit und die zügige Reaktion des Vermieters bzw. Hausmeisters bei gemeldeten Problemen.
−Leider gab es mehrere Mängel, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Ein Doppelbett verursachte bei jeder Bewegung starke Geräusche, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Auch mehrere Türen quietschten sehr laut, insbesondere nachts. Trotz eines Reparaturversuchs trat das Problem bereits am nächsten Tag erneut auf. Bei unserer Ankunft war außerdem die Glasschiebetür der Dusche beschädigt und der Duschabfluss verstopft, sodass das Wasser nur sehr langsam ablief. Beides wurde nach unserer Meldung repariert. Weniger zufriedenstellend war jedoch der Umgang mit dem Schimmelbefall im Badezimmer sowie im angrenzenden Waschraum. Der Schimmel befand sich an der Decke. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde dieser lediglich oberflächlich abgewischt und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass bereits ein Reparaturauftrag vorliege. Da dieses Problem laut früheren Bewertungen offenbar schon länger besteht, hätten wir hier eine nachhaltige Lösung erwartet. Besonders für Allergiker ist dies ein wichtiger Punkt. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Garten vor dem Balkon sehr schön. Allerdings liegt die Wohnanlage auf einem Hügel, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ohne Mietwagen ist man a

“Gute Unterkunft und Organisation, zweckmäßige Ausstattung,eine außergewöhnliche Lage”
+Schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit Oledays. Fehlende Dinge in der Küche wurden sofort gebracht und eine, während des Aufenthaltes,auftauchende Störung der Toilette unverzüglich behoben.
