“An excellently clean and beautiful sea-view flat at an affordable price in the heart of Crotone.🩵”
+The place was extremely clean and well organized. It had everything you could need, from kitchen utensils to bedroom and bathroom essentials. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and very practical. The owner was responsive and answered all my questions promptly. The location is excellent,close to the city center, with a direct view of the sea from both balconies. Don’t hesitate to book it for a wonderful vacation in beautiful Crotone. 🥰
−The water pressure of the shower head is very low but still useful.

−Überhaupt mein Wasserdruck, duschen war kaum möglich und keine Reaktion auf Nachrichten. Handtücher hatten Flecken und waren nicht sauber

+Közvetlenül a strandnál, szuper panorámával rendelkező lakás. A tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész hamarabb is beengedett, azonnal reagált s tanácsokat is adott. 40 lépcső felfelé de megéri. Az erkély szűkös , az apartman kényelmes, nagy hűtő, kényelmes ágy.

+Struttura carina.
−1) Accesso alla struttura con scala stretta e ripida, quindi risulta un pò difficoltoso se si devono portare delle cose. 2) ZTL nella zona quindi non si può posteggiare auto vicino alla struttura 3) La struttura è fronte mare, peccato che la zona è occupata da lidi privati, per l'accesso alla spiaggia libera bisogna fare circa 400 m che non sarebbero troppi se trovi posto per la vettura cosa molto difficile. 5) La pressione del sevizio idrico è bassa quindi, per fare la doccia e altro è un pò difficoltoso. Nel complesso, accettabile.

+Casa stupenda, vicino al mare, negozi per la spesa, centro e ristoranti, non c'è l'ascensore ma è un piano e mezzo a piedi circa quindi nulla di impossibile, onestamente lo consiglio.
−Il balcone era un po' sporco, mi sarebbe piaciuto fare una colazione sul tavolino esterno ma era inagibile purtroppo essendo sporco

−All’arrivo in struttura ci siamo accorti che c’era polvere un po’ ovunque, inoltre c’erano anche delle formiche sulla soglia della finestra accanto al lavandino. La cucina ed il bagno sono molto piccoli e la pressione dell’acqua era molto debole.
