“Enjoyable, comfortable stay with basic needs and right in city centre.”
+The place that apartments was located( basically city centre )and that it wasn’t overpriced. It had all basic needs for long stay like washing machine or coffee machine.
−The air conditioner didn't work. The fan in the bathroom was noisy.

+מיקום הדירה היה מצויין. קרוב מאוד לתחנת המטרו ולמדרחוב ויטושה. הבעלים היה מאוד נחמד וסייע בכל מה שנדרש. דירה חמודה למעט ההורים שישנים בחדר כל שאר המיטות זה בעצם בסלון על הספות. מטבח קצת קטן אבל בסדר גמור.
−המיטה בחדר ההורים הייתה לא כ"כ נוחה. לא משהו קריטי.

+Super Lage - sehr zentral, nahe Fußgängerzone, gegenüber NDK-Park. Ich war zuerst erschrocken wegen der großen Straße, aber nachts war es schön ruhig. Angenehme Größe der Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Als wir ein technisches Problem hatten, war sie sogar Samstags frühmorgens erreichbar und hat uns sofort geholfen. Parken ist in der Nähe im NDK-Parkhaus möglich. Das ist zwar nicht ganz billig, aber sehr gut gesichert und bietet sehr viel Platz.
−Das eine Schlafsofa war für mich leider etwas unangenehm zum Schlafen. Andere Familienmitglieder kamen damit jedoch zurecht.

+Fueron muy flexibles con la hora de llegada y contestaban rápido a todo lo que les preguntábamos. Nos dejamos un jersey y nos ayudaron a recuperarlo.

“Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament dla rodziny”
+Przestronny apartament z bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Przygotowano wszelkie kuchenne akcesoria i inne przydatne rzeczy (np. olej, przyprawy). Ekspres do kawy, kawa, cukier i wiele innych rzeczy. Nawet płyn do prania (pralka też jest i suszarka na ubrania). W łazience półeczki, na których można położyć rzeczy. Dobre oświetlenie pomieszczeń. Dobrze się tu mieszkało (apartament wygodny nawet dla sześciosobowej rodziny).
−Jedyny mankament, jaki zauważylam, to mało miejsca na blatach kuchennych, żeby coś położyć. Ale nie było to istotnym problemem.

“Pratique car proche des monuments du centre”
+L’emplacement est vraiment bien. Il est proche à pied de la rue commerçante et des principaux monuments. Il est grand mais tout en longueur, les pièces sont grandes. l’intérieur c’est très propre. Même si c’est situé en plein centre c’était très bien insonorisé. Il y a tout les ustensiles pour cuisiner, un grand réfrigérateur et un congélateur.
−Il n’y avait la climatisation uniquement dans le salon. Il y avait bien un ventilateur dans la chambre mais le pied était cassé donc difficile à faire tenir. Il est indiqué parking sur l’annonce mais il s’agit en fait de se garer dans un parking souterrain sous la grande place qui coûte 20€ par jour. Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude, même si ce n’est pas de la faute du propriétaire car c’était une maintenance qui arrive tous les ans dans les quartiers du centre, le propriétaire qui avait dû être informé en amont mais ne nous l’avait pas dit. Heureusement que nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits. Il nous a quand même proposé un autre appartement mais uniquement lorsqu’on s’en est rendu compte et que toutes nos affaires étaient déjà déballées.

+Host gentilissima e davvero precisa: indicazioni per il selfcheck-in chiare e puntuali. Appartamento sito in un'ottima posizione, davvero ampio e pulito.
