+This place is just everything you need! There’s a kitchen, washing machine, wonderful bathroom and very comfortable bed.
−Everting is great. Just there’s an issue via Booking with the payment but the owner, David, has resolved this problem.

+Good location, close to bus stop for belfast.
−The apartment was in a back garden of someone's property, upon arrival it had zero kerb appeal, there was cars in the drive that looked like they hadn't moved in a while, the weeds were overgrown with rubbish lying around, going through to the back garden the apartment smelled damp and musty, the bed was very soft and uncomfortable, pillows lumpy, bathroom had an issue with mould, overall hygiene was awful, seating area outside of apartment was unkempt, very overgrown garden with rubbish lying around, how this has got 8.5 ratings I will never know. Most definitely will not be back, did not meet owner my partner did and said he seemed pleasant enough.

+The location for us was perfect. Easy to get into Belfast City center.
−The kerb appeal was very messy. Cars parked on the driveway which looked like they hadn’t moved in a long time. Overgrown hedge which you had to push past because of the car that was parked close to the path that lead to the back of the property where the Flat was. We drove past a few times because we didn’t expect it to look so unkept. Outside the flat was a seating area in a garden, this was untidy too and not maintained. The flat itself was ok. Bed linen and towels smelt musty. The kitchen could do with a bit of attention, worktop was wooden and had gone a bit sticky. Only 2 small cups so would benefit from a dinner set. The owner seemed to be a pleasant chap and was probably doing his best.

+We absolutely loved this place! It was quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, kitchen utensils, and all the essentials. A special thank you to the owner for being so kind, welcoming, and hospitable. We are very grateful for the warm hospitality and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable stay. We would be happy to come back again!
