+Apartment was exceptional, wine, water and juice waiting on arrival. The location couldn't be better, central to everything. Marin was a great help, meeting us on arrival and taking time to show us locations and recommendations on a map. 10/10

−There were quite a number of steps up to the apartment. Such detail should be on the platform for the less mobile guests.

+Second time coming here - summer 2025 & 2026, such a nice, well located (central location, literally 5min from everything in old town & Riva, 10min from the beach), spacious, very clean and luminous place. Host are very nice as well - helped us with our luggages too. The terrasse is particularly beautiful.

“Beautiful apartment, amazing location, friendly hosts and a great place to spend time in Split”
+This apartment was the best we could have chosen. The location is directly in the city center and is close to everything you could need. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the necessities. The beds and couches were comfortable as well. There was great communication with the hosts and they were very kind and friendly. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split.
−Due to the area, it is a little loud at night. My friend and I didn’t mind the noise and I think it comes with any apartment in the Old Town because it is a lively area. No complaints at all a wonderful stay!

−The apartment was a bit noisy at night being close to bars etc. Slept with ear plugsand that solved it. Air con in living area only so slept with bedroom doors open..A fan was provided.

“Great location for everything- all round great stay”
+A big bottle of water and juice was gifted to us in the fridge for when we arrived which was a nice gesture.
−Each room needs a fan, the air con sorts the living room but there's only one portable fan so only one room gets it. Not that I didn't like as such but it is in the dead centre of night life, very loud with the windows open and seemingly still loud when shut, I don't mind it and it wouldn't stop me from coming back but can't say the same for others. :)
