+Beautiful little holiday let; very clean, well set out, comfortable & contemporary. It had everything we needed for our week away. Set right in Arundel - perfect spot as we could walk to everything in the town to explore. Only needed the car when exploring further out to all tbe local seaside places.

“Bijou Cottage Near the Town Centre”
+The location was good - close to the castle and town centre (about 10 mins walk). The place was nicely laid out, with a comfortable area for sitting, small dining table and kitchen area. The shower worked well. The location was quiet.
−The bedroom was small, and there was nowhere to put bags that was easy to get at the contents. The outside area (small gravel strip next to car park) was disappointing. The instructions banning all drinks from the bedroom meant I could not have my usual morning coffee in bed, or my night-time tea whilst reading in bed. The thick quilt on the bed was totally unusable in the heatwave, but using just the quilt cover meant I was slightly cold by morning (but if there hadn't been a heatwave it wuld have been OK).

“Wonderful stay at a very comfy home”
+Wonderful location and property, only a 20 min walk from the trian station and under 5 mins to the main part of the town. The property was very clean and had all we needed for a week stay with small amenaties in case we didn't grab any on the first day. The bed was very comfy and the wall mounted airheaters really came in handly on the colder days. It is tucked behind another building but the side door was easy to find and in a quiet location being just far enough from town/main road to not have any noise but still a short walk. Would highly recomment for a shot trip or a week to see the town and other near by places.
−Only to advise and understand due to the size of the property there is no washing machine, so longer stays are not recommend unless you have a lot of spare clothing or happy to drive to a laundrette

+Great location right in the heart of Arundel - lovely place, comfy bed, good shower, plenty of room and well stocked kitchen
−Parking is tricky! Obviously not host’s fault! But just to flag for future guests - there are often zero parking spaces at all on any surrounding roads - we had to park a bit further out maybe 5 mins walk away

“Exceptional”
