“Very nice location for visiting Split”
+Great location, a few blocks from the Palace, and to all the restaurants and amenities around Old Town. Easy to access, and very quiet secluded location with private outdoor area. Two grocery stores are down the street, as well, if you are looking to utilize the full kitchen. Management was very responsive and helpful

+Spacious apartment in a great location, would stay here again!
−Shower was slightly broken/blocked, could only use handheld shower head Dishwasher was full when we arrived with used tableware and utensils (not cleaned)

“Great apartment in a great location”
+Location is excellent, just about 5 minutes to the markets and Riva and only 1 minute to the nearest supermarket. It is in a quiet street so no outside noise. Bed and sofa bed are both big and comfortable. Property was clean, wifi working fine. Kitchen was fully equipped, although we did not use it much since we ate mostly outside. Communication with the host was great. Definitely recommend this property to everyone who would like to visit Split.

“I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split! Very comfortable, clean, excellent location, responsive host.”
+Excellent location right by the old town/city center as well as bus station and ferry port. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. We had 3 people staying there and the bed and couch were both quite comfortable. The air conditioning and laundry machine were huge pluses. Deni brought extra towels when we needed them and was very responsive. He also sent recommended restaurants, bars, and beaches.

“Really enjoyed our stay at funky donkey and if ever in split again would definitely return”
+Location was excellent very close to everything the old town and port but away from the maddening crowds. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Air con was excellent Bed super comfy and very big
−Although there was an outside area which was great 😊the furniture was uncomfortable and needs to be updated. Rain shower also needs to be improved as the pressure was not fit for purpose could only use the hand held spray

−I contacted Funky Donkey 3 weeks before arrival to let them them that I would comeby at 10AM from the airport to leave my suitcase and backpack. By arrival no one was around. I called the phone number, I sent 4 mails, I waited outside for almost an hour, but nothing happened. At 3PM I received a message, that I was now welcome to check in. At check in they insisted on talking a picture of my passport. I did not at all have a good feeling about this.

“Excellent Location”
+Great shower, modern kitchen, great outdoor space, very safe. Walking distance to beach, Palace, Port, shops and Markets. I highly recommend staying here. U will not be disappointed.
