+Exceptional communication with the owner - tried to accomodate my requests every step of the way. Big supermarket and a good bakery opposite the road. Flat was clean, modern, well equipped, air conditioned and had a little balcony for drying things in 5 minutes flat. Mattress comfy, WiFi flawless, about 20 mins walk to Old Town.
−Traffic noise, but earplugs are provided.

“Good place to stay in split”

+Great apartment for a stay in Split. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room was especially appreciated during the July heat. Davor was an excellent host, checking in proactively and responding quickly to any questions. The location was fantastic, with supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, banks, and other amenities all within easy walking distance. The nearest beaches were only about 10 minutes away on foot. The apartment exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

−The apartment was fully equipped. However, the kitchen sink became clogged. The coffee machine also broke on the second day. The larger bedroom has a more comfortable mattress, but it is very noisy because of the traffic until around 2 a.m. The smaller bedroom is much quieter, but the mattress is sagging in the middle. The small towels were fine, but the large bath towel smelled as if it had already been used. Fortunately, there was a washing machine, so I was able to wash it myself. The beach is quite far away on foot. The Firule beach is very dirty, while the beach a little further away, Ovčice, is much better. The apartment is also a bit difficult to find because it is tucked away inside a complex of buildings. For anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay, this is definitely not the right choice, as the traffic noise is quite noticeable.

“Safe bet for a nice stay at the heart of DBV”
+Very comfy, well located at the very heart of DBV. Gentle host, close to restaurants, shops and about a 10 min walk from taxi stop. Water pressure and temperature ok.
−Would be nice to add more plugs for the rooms and sensory lights for the steps. Would be a good idea to change the mattresses too. The one for the room upstairs too hard.

+L’appartement correspond parfaitement à ce qui est indiqué, il est très bien équipé, il y a tout, même le lave-vaisselle, la machine à café, vraiment tout, même le plus petit détail. La climatisation était parfaite, grand et spacieux, les deux chambres sont confortables. Il y a aussi un merveilleux balcon, surtout la nuit, très calme et beau pour se relaxer. L’hôte prête attention aux plus petits détails, il y a même une carte guide pour les touristes. C’est très propre aussi, et c’est proche de Old Town et de la Riva, 2 arrêts en bus et 27 min à pied. C’est proche de tout. L’hôte répond très rapidement et il est toujours à l’écoute.

“Stan je u potpunosti ispunio očekivanja, relativno blizu je lijepa plaža (Trstenik) i veliki Spar.”
+Izvrsna lokacija, sve nadohvat ruke. Stan je lijep i čist.
−Malo je bučan promet, što nije čudno za tako veliki grad, ali je domaćin pripremio besplatne čepiće za uši :-)
