“The heat and poor ventilation overrode all the benefits for us.”
+Great location. Very nice area which is a 1 min walk from the train station and easy access to to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It is a 20 minute walk into the city center but mostly along the Main Street which is filled with activity, stores and restaurants. The flat is well appointed and all amenities are provided. Also, it is a comfortable size for one person or a couple, and has a spacious bathroom. Good cupboard space to hang clothes.
−Extremely hot with no ventilation in the summer, unless you keep the patio door open, and this makes sleeping at night very comfortable. The landlady does provide fans but the heat, and difficulty sleeping, ruined our time there. Also, it can be a bit noisy due to people hanging out in the courtyard until late at night. The sofa is old and needs changing and there is no shelving for clothes/storage but there is a lot of cupboard space to hang clothes.

+Everything. Unlike majority of other properties, this one was equipped with a very thoughtful consideration. Absolutely amazed with how this property is managed. On top of that, its just 3-5 min away from railway station, and bus 2 min away from bus stops and surrounded by groceries stores and restaurants.

“Nice small studio”
+Location is great, next to train station and main bus routes. Near by two foodstores, couple of pubs, bakery and Indian restaurant. Short walk to city centre. Well equipt and balcony big plus. Neighborhood is pretty quiet even a lot of student flats, but security keeps good control.
−Apartment was super hot, but after turning heating off room temperatute came down to reasonable level.

“unclean, poor communication from host, partly in disrepair”
+They provided a small amount of food and drink on arrival.
−The host was a very poor communicator and messed us about for an entire day. We had a delay in our travel and so would only make it to the property at 11pm. We then had to find alternative accommodation - then the communicator told us an hour later that someone was waiting for us. We explained that we had to find alterative accommodation. Then the next day we were told we could only be let into the air bnb at 2pm (a whole day after we were supposed to be there). Finally, they tried to charge us for an early check in fee for 2pm, even though our check in was the day before. At 11am, we asked if they could do earlier, they said no. We agreed upon 3pm without an early fee. Then, an hour later, they messaged us at 12 midday to say that someone would meet us at 1:35pm. We explained that we had left our things at the other accommodation so that would not be possible and to stick with 3pm. Then at 3pm we arrived to find out the host was not present and they had called a different air bnb manager (who was very nice) to take over the role. When we got in, the sheets were unclean with hairs all over the bed, the floor was dirty and had not been hoovered, and the radiators were very fragile a

“Passable but pleasant”
+Lovely compact living space and modern area. Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Good spot for a short stay.
−The heating was on full whack no matter how many times we reset the thermostat which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The shower head was also loosely connected to the wall as the screws had clearly come out of the wall. Not great value for what we paid but overall an okay stay :)

−What was advertised as available (and booked) on booking.com was double booked. Felt a bit like bait and switch.
