“Exceptional”
+The location was perfect. It was quiet and the hot tub was close and quiet. We have not been able to enjoy the hot tub on previous trips to Keystone because they were too far or too busy. It was great to be able to recover after a day of snowboarding with the hot tub. The only complaint I have is that the basics were not stocked. For example, we were left two garbage bags for a week long stay, no coffee filters, and there wasn’t a pan big enough to make eggs for the family in. There were only 2 washing pods which were used to wash towels and then we just dealt with dirty towels.

“Great location great facilities a little bit old but perfect”
+Location and facilities were amazing. Only one set of stairs when you were tired from being on the snow so that was perfect.
−Lights didn’t work in the main bathroom for some reason and there was no light globe one of the main bedroom bedside lights.

“Cold and uncomfortable”
+Location
−It as dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Heat didn’t work and Vacasa did not fully rectify. It was negative temps and we did not have heat. Took 22 hours for them to bring us space heaters.

“The property was just OK. But with a few improvements, you could justify charging such a high amount.”
+Close to the ski lifts
−The property was very outdated, but that was expected from the photos. Unfortunately, we had issues getting into the property requiring us to book a hotel. We have yet to be refunded for that extra cost. There was also several things that were broken in the condo that need to be repaired.
