+Nice location directly beach front with roof top incl beautiful view on the sea and mountains. Nice and helpful owner who was aways available for questions and advices. 10min walk to the Center

+The location of this apparment is amazing. You can hear the ocean on the background. The rooftop is amazing and the appartment has everything you need. Close to Palermo and mondello Beach. For public transport you need patience but by car scooter step or bike it is perfect. There are nice restaurants close by with fresh fish. The host is super helpful and constant available to help. Maybe I was lucky by picking an amazing host maybe it is Italian culture but whatever explanation the service and care is really something special.

“I am very pleased with my stay at this location and I will definitely be happy to return there.”
+The owner turned out to be a very helpful and friendly person, I rate him very positively, he allowed me to move in a little earlier than the appointed time, he brought me the keys personally and explained everything. During my entire stay, Roberto was always available and quickly answered any questions. The area is very beautiful and peaceful and I am convinced that people who value peace and quiet will feel very good there. The house is very well equipped, it has a washing machine, a clean bathroom and the kitchen contains everything you need to prepare your own meals and so on. The bed is very comfortable and of course a very big advantage in Sicily is that the house has well-functioning air conditioning. Without hesitation and with full responsibility I recommend this location and this house to everyone. Roberto was such a nice person that at the end of my stay he brought me a gift of traditional Sicilian cookies which were delicious! Thanks Roberto :)
−It would be good to consider improving the quality of the internet because at the moment it is separated between three buildings, which significantly reduces its speed when all people start using it at the same time. This may be a problem for people who work online and need a good connection.

+Favoloso appartamento vicino al mare con un terrazzo a dir poco stupendo.Tutti i servizi raggiungibili con una breve e piacevole passeggiata, posto tranquillo, io ho viaggiato da sola e non ho mai avuto nessun problema. Il valore aggiunto di questa casa è Roberto, persona speciale, sempre disponibile, sempre con il sorriso, sempre pronto a far conoscere le chicche della zona Grazie di tutto, io ci tornerò! ❤️

+La casa è super accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort, il piccolo patio esterno e la terrazza tipo solaio sono due chicche che meritano di essere sfruttate La vicinanza al mare è stato il punto forte, rimanendo comunque una casa silenziosa e in una via tranquilla Roberto è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile
