“Convenient Clean stay with all amenities needed.”
+The apartment has excellent facilities and Livia went out of her way to help us with everything. Very comfortable and easy for cooking with a local Co op. Bus 6 is very close and goes right into Florence and train station.
−It is a little noisy with traffic as it is on quite a busy intersection so we just closed the shutters and windows with the AC on which made it ok.

“Nice stay in a very clean and well equipped apartment”
+Exceptionally clean apartment in walking distance to the Duomo. The apartment is right at the edge of the ZTL zone and with a garage to park in very near by, so it is convenient if you are by car. We had absolutely all necessities in the apartment. Check in was very easy, instructions were clear and communication with the host was spotless.
−The traffic can be a bit noisy, so if you are a light sleeper this might bother you. It seems that the ZTL zone is expanding in Florence from June 2025, so it might be less convenient to come by car.

“Cozy stay at Frida Firenze”
+The apartment was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully set up. The bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows and tissues conveniently placed on both sides. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped for cooking, with nice touches like coffee, tea, olive oil, and even some bread waiting for us. We especially appreciated the moka pot , it made for a perfect morning coffee ritual. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had a great shower. The location was ideal for us , close enough to the center to walk everywhere, but just far enough to enjoy a quieter, more local vibe. There were grocery stores, bars, and cafés nearby, plus a lovely street full of little shops just a short stroll away. The apartment had everything we needed and more, and we truly felt welcomed. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

+We had an amazing time in Florence and this place was hassle free. Very responsive host, easy access to place. After a few days we have had the local bar, local bakery and we have felt as at home. A lot of the small gadgets were there which made life easier: such as plugs, salt and pepper and coffee. We also have been welcomed with wine. Good instructions on how to use appliances. A comfortable bed and the whole apartment was designed in a way to be easy to get around, good pressure in the shower, and good toiletries. Walking distance to the centre and a good selection of bars nearby.
−It's next to a noisy street, better shutters or curtains would do the job. It would be lovely to have iron.

+Apartment was gorgeous and the host had thought of so many small details that made you feel right at come (power plugs, tissues, lollies, a bottle of wine, etc.). Host was also extremely helpful and responsive when we were trying to find the apartment and parking and anything else we needed.

+Lovely apartment, super comfortable bed (seriously, we slept SO well), all communication was quick and easy! Located in the same building as a cosy restaurant/pizzeria, and a grocery store, bakery/coffee shop, and ATM are all super close.
−The apartment is located next to a very busy street, so there is quite a lot of noise from the traffic.
