+Very commodious apartment much bigger than expected. We went to the grocery store so we could use the full kitchen. Restaurants in the area were nice but crowded enough that you had to make reservations. Having the kitchen gave us more options.
−The drains were slow. Soap/shampoo dispensers were not filled which was discovered in the shower not before so check before you get in. For Americans, small washers but a couple of them. They advertise dryers but these are not our type so you will need to plan on drying clothes on a rack (provided) overnight.

“Great apartment and location”
+Location in Bellingham was ideal, short walk into the lovely town one way and towards Hareshaw Linn waterfall the other. Plenty of amenities in the town - pubs, shopping, Fountain Cottage cafe (very nice), gift shops, take away. Great journey through rolling roads and countryside to get to Bellingham.

+Excellent village location and access to Hareshaw Lynn walk. Spaceous and secure outdoor space for the dogs. Lovely, property.
−Some property aspects needed some TLC/maintenance. Shower and both bathroom sinks did not drain properly. Side lamps in one bedroom didn't work - may need new bulbs. Sofa arm broken. Didn't spoil stay.

−Walked into it not being cleaned but as last minute booking I did understand, owner got onto the cleaning team immediately and sorted it out for us

“Stylish home away from home in a quiet area, great for a chilled weekend away”
+The property was really tastefully decorated, felt homely, we cooked one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet area with waterfall and bar nearby. Hot tub area was well laid out with festoon lights and fire pit area-although we didn’t use the fire. House warmed up quickly when heating was turned on.
−Only issue was Booking.com email had the wrong key code but phoned owner who answered quickly and gave the correct code

“Great apartment in a lovely area.”
+Great apartment, spacious and modern. The apartment was well-equipped and had all the essentials required when staying away from home. Good outdoor space and the hot tub was lovely, the enclosed garden was also perfect for the dog. Great location also, quiet but with lots to do in the surrounding areas. We had a great time and would definitely book again in the future.
−We just had a couple of small negatives. There was no remote control for the TV in the 2nd bedroom, the arm of the settee was broken and the bin area located at the back of the cottages wasn't fit for purpose. The bins were full and overflowing when we arrived and just got worse throughout our stay, the rubbish had spilled over on to the floor around and looked unsightly.

“2 day family break”
+Spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation. Well catered for with great facilities. In a lovely quiet location with plenty of outdoor space.
−Just a few issues to address: Loose toilet seat to ensuite, uncomfortable for sitting (ouch!) Door to bathroom sticking and difficult to open from inside. Kids getting stuck in. Trip hazard, rug in kitchen curling up at edges
