9.0“A must of an experience!”
+The location is so peaceful and beautiful but the dugout itself is the star of the show. Not only was it several degrees colder in the cave sections, it was such a cool thing to see. The couch and beds were super comfortable. I had travelled from Adelaide and honestly I might make the trip again just to experience how comfortable the beds were. Absolute luxury. The kitchen was beautiful and we were given a lovely gift basket and breakfast ingredients. There was also WiFi, boardgames and movies to keep us occupied. The garden was beautiful and the property has an incredible view of White Cliffs. I'd go back again for sure.

3.0“Disappointing”
+Great location and close to everything in White Cliffs
−Cold, not clean, dated, very difficult to heat due to lack of proper insulation - external walls and entrance doors were not insulated and whistled and leaked. Breakfast area had not been cleaned fully. All cupboard doors under the island bench did not have handles. Hard to open. Microwave location above the fridge was only useful for people 7 foot tall - we couldn't reach it. Every external door and window had gaps negating the heaters usefullness. Zero instructions on how to heat or cool. All walls were very dusty and there were many dead insects in the window rails in the kitchen showing they had not been cleaned for a loong time

10.0“Heaps of space with all the amenities - and underground!”
+Great location and we loved staying underground with heaps of space and a full kitchen. Everything was clean, host was easy to communicate with and the folder with information about the area was very helpful. Breakfast also was a nice touch. Kids have rated this the best place by far on our road trip.
−.We lucked out a bit with the weather, but nothing you can do about that.

9.0“A unique stay and must do in White Cliffs.”
+This is a unique stay and a must do when staying White Cliffs. No need to spend money on a tour of a dugout, you live in one! I was surprised at how roomy and light the spaces are. Very accessible, level access throughout and walk-in shower. Well equipped kitchen for DYI meals. Breakfast supplies were excellent for hot and cold eats. Enjoyed walking the surrounds despite the neighbouring barking dogs keeping an eye on me! They were well tethered.
−Was unable to find some dishwasher tabs or powder leaving us to hand wash dirties. Would be nice to have a starter pack.

10.0+Visiting White Cliffs is for those who enjoy outback adventures. Fossickers Den has a wonderful set up that would suit a family or a couple. Beautiful big kitchen, well appointed, great dugout home. Loved the cushioned flooring too. A great dugout spot for experience White Cliff & doing a little fossicking. Fossickers Den looked after us wonderfully, and would come back again
