“DISGUSTING HYGIENE, COCKROACHES ON THE CUTLERY, MOLD , AND A HOST WHO NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED I have traveled extensively”
+Location
−Extremely poor hygiene and terrible host support. Multiple live cockroaches were running across the forks and spoons, and moldy clothing from previous guests was left inside the washing machine. We were locked outside for 1.5 hours because the electronic access failed, while the host demanded videos instead of coming to help , later we discovered the Wi-Fi router was unplugged. Refrigerator problems, lost groceries, rude treatment and hours of our vacation wasted fixing problems that should have been checked before our arrival.

−I don't recomand it. The shower is very small; there is no room to move. The ceiling height is a major issue for anyone taller than 160 cm. The mattress is uncomfortable. The cleaning is poor. The apartment has peeling walls and ceilings. The wooden fixtures are dirty. Staying there leaves you feeling very depressed. It doesn't look this Bright and clean and New as in pictures.

+Location was ideal
−The only real advantage of this apartment is its location - right in the heart of Bologna. However, being so central also means there is quite a lot of noise, especially at night. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The bedroom had extremely low ceilings, to the point where you had to duck in certain areas to avoid hitting your head. More importantly, communication with the host was completely nonexistent. On the first day, we requested extra towels and never received a response. On the second day, the air conditioning in the bedroom stopped working, which was a major issue with temperatures above 30°C. We immediately contacted the host and asked for assistance, but again received no reply whatsoever. The lack of communication and support made our stay very frustrating. I cannot recommend this property

+The location was excellent, the air conditioning and warm water was excellent,
−The tiny shower is a problem that all guests will experience, and there is no place to put soap or shampoo anywhere while showering. The absence of a microwave oven, decent-sized coffee mugs and some elementary crockery presented us with some additional challenges. I bumped my head a few times on the low beams, but wasn't hurt in any way. Just know that the ceiling in the bedroom and passage is lower than average.

+The apartment was very clean, which made a great first impression. Yes, the ceilings and the shower cabin are quite small, but that’s typical for Italy and not a fault of the apartment itself. The host was very kind and welcoming, and everything was clear and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend staying there

+De locatie midden in het centrum is top. Het appartement is proper
−De toegang tot het gebouw en het appartement gebeurt via een app. Dit vonden wij een beetje gedoe. Wat als je batterij van je gsm plat is op het einde van de dag? Mijn man is groot en moest constant bukken in het appartement: in de slaapkamer (laaghangende balken), naar de badkamer, in de gang tussen living en slaapkamer/badkamer kwam zijn hoofd tegen het plafond (1.90m)...
