“Rainforest paradise”
+Absolutely beautiful location. The host was friendly and helpful but left us alone, which we appreciated. It was wonderful to sit outside drinking tea to the sounds of the rainforest
−All our belongings were damp by the time we left, simply because of the humidity in the air. But it was worth it to stay in such a special location.

“Living in the wilderness”
+Location. Literally in the wilderness where the Daintree is your view. I loved the dawn and dusk views from the room
−There was nothing to not like there. Everything was compensated given the view.

+A great little place very comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with any piece of equipment you could need. A lovely relaxing place to stay.
−Water pressure was disappointing but imagine that is due to the location. No doors though out could be challenging for people that aren't in a family group especially as all noises coming from the bathroom area could be clearly heard everywhere. Not for those requiring privacy. A microwave would be handy and for those who don't have streaming capability there is no access to free to air TV.

“Unique, secluded, peaceful property in the rainforest.”
+The property is beautiful, stunning setting in the rainforest. The view from every room is gorgeous, lying in bed surrounded by forest is magical. The pool and kabana area are a real bonus although the pool was a little cool for us. Everything was perfect.
−It was unfortunate for us we had to cancel the second night just outside cancellation period and although we were not entitled to any refund we were hoping Ryan may've considered our unfortunate circumstances but the policy is strict. I respect people have a business to run and Ryan did not do the wrong thing by us but just be aware the cancellation policy is strict. We did love our stay and the property.is unique and beautiful.

“Amazing location but needs some maintenance”
+Beautiful property in a great location. We were given an early check-in without asking which was a nice extra.
−This property needs some maintenance and a deep clean to bring it up to the expected standard at this price point. We were disappointed that some of the issues raised months earlier in another review had not been reviewed; the hole in the screen door was still there, the missing stove knob not replaced, and the kitchen drawers were not clean. Additionally, the sheets smelled like they had been put away damp and every time it rained, which was most of the night every day of our stay, there was a persistent drip somewhere. We eventually worked out that it was due to a leak in the spouting.
