−There’s a mold problem, however it’s to be expected with how the apartment is located, I’d say the owner did a good job cleaning it out so it’s not a big issue.

−Tragic We were shocked upon arrival - the apartment was full of black mold in multiple areas. The air was unbreathable, the bedding was damp, and the place was clearly unfit for staying, not to mention dangerous to health. In one case, mold had even been hidden behind a curtain. It's uninhabitable and simply a health hazard. This was nowhere visible on the listing photos, and there were no reviews mentioning this at the time we booked, so it came as a complete surprise. We immediately contacted Booking.com, waited two hours on the line, and were left without support. We had to urgently spend our personal savings on a more expensive emergency stay. Booking.com failed to offer any meaningful help, and the communication between them and the host was inconsistent - the platform claimed they couldn’t reach the host, while the host claimed no one contacted them. This situation caused half of our stay in Napoli to be ruined and heavily strained us financially.

“Surprisingly awful start of our trip… owner was not even trying to find a solution and accommodation was discussing just”
+Location was near the Central station
−The house we walked into, looked abandoned. When we then entered the apartment there was quite a musty smell. We opened a window to get fresh air into the apartment, when a random man put his head through the window and wanted to start a conversation with us. Of course this can happen in a lot of places but the people that walk around in that neighborhood were making us feel uncomfortable and not very safe. When we then walked closer into the room we found mold on the walls and the beds had a wet feeling to it. When you go to the toilet, it feels like you’re taking a shower because the toilet tank splashes over and puts the bathroom under water. We contacted Booking and the owner. Booking apologized and even gave us a part refund. The owner tried to put all the fault on the cleaning lady. When I pointed out that it’s not a cleaning problem that you can just solve wiping the wall, the owner was telling us he will be there in 1h and we can look for a solution. That hour turned into three, while we were asking him if he would still come he told us 10min before the time he was supposed to arrive that we will not be able to come and be there tomorrow. “Great Stay in Naples”
+Really nice host that came to give us the keys. Breakfast included in a coffee very close (5min walk). Spacious bedroom, excellent Wi-Fi for work, and Netflix on the TV. Close to the central station and city center. No natural light, but perfect for exploring the city.
−Could be great to have cutlery to eat since it's nice appartement , and have no toilet paper when we arrived

+L'appartamento é molto curato, si vede che é nuovo, la camera matrimoniale non rende dalle foto ma é veramente bellissima e moderna, oltre che super spaziosa.. fresco e accogliente sono stata benissimo! La posizione é molto comoda dalla stazione e la via é molto tranquilla
