+This place was fantastic. Loved the layout, the back deck, the pool, everything. We would definitely stay there again :)

+The house was lovely but needed a good clean. The plates and cutlery were dirty and needed washing prior to use, the downstairs toilet was dirty and the handle on the door in the laundry fell off when we went to open the door . The neighbours at the back of the house were carrying out loud maintenance throughout the day which made it hard to relax and it was difficult to get in and out of the property due to the heavy traffic outside. The house itself was very nice but I feel it was very over priced when you take into consideration all of the above .

“Beautiful home”
+We were in Byron for my daughter's wedding at the Farm. Foam was the perfect home for her preparations the morning of the wedding. The house was beautiful for photos especially the patio and garden backdrop. The 5 bedrooms 2 lounges were a great size for our family and the excellent location close to everything. The double garage and parking spaces off the road enough for 4 cars was a bonus
−It's on the main road it's very busy and noisy. Is a little tricky getting in and out of the driveway requiring a lot of patience

“A very happy family holiday for 7 adults.”
+Good location on busy main street, close to beach and shopping areas. Excellent accommodation for larger family groups. Small but convenient plunge pool. Good shade in hot weather, and patio area for outdoor dining.
−No long handled broom or dust pan to keep hard floors clean. No pot cleaners, or dish brush. Poor printed instructions for oven, stove top, and all machinery. Lounge tv not working at all, roof aerial damaged and hanging loose against an outside wall.

+The king bed downstairs was incredibly comfortable. The outside area was great for a family meals.
−The pool was cold - ? Solar heating would be perfect.

+The house is very comfortable and spacious for a large family. Kitchen amenities were good and beds are very comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely book again.
−The oven was very hard to work out, even after googling for instructions. Would be helpful if there was clear instructions left in the house.

“Lovely and well located house but expect to pay top $$$’s”
+Brilliant location, close to the beach. The house was very modern.
−The washing machine did not work during our stay. Basic amenities were not fit for purpose or not provided, ie coffee pods did not work for the Nespresso machine and there was no wine opener. Pool was freezing and the heating was not set to work. House is also quite noisy as it is located on a main road which made it difficult to sleep at night. Overall, overpriced accomodation and you would feel more welcome at alternative hosted accomodation options.
