“Was clean, comfortable and suitable for most stays. But would improve so easily with Towels and WIFI”
+Lock box was easy to find and easy to open, perfect so you don't have to arrange meeting with someone. Air conditioning was easy to use and very effective. Cleaning products, fairy liquid, sponge, paper towels were provided making use of the kitchen easy. Bed was comfortable.
−No bath towels! Seems ridiculous when most visitors are travelling abroad and you describe property as a guest house. No hand towels for bathroom or kitchen. Shower was leaking at the head fitting point meaning pressure was low. No wifi, should be standard and would improve stay drastically. No TV.

“Accommodating Host - some improvements suggested”
+The apartment is conveniently located for both the airport and the central station. It is a walk away from other attractions but for those who like a nice walk it is very good. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen functional. The host was kind enough to allow us an early check in and a late check out to accommodate our travel needs.
−I had difficulties finding the key lock when I arrived in the evening. The key lock wasn’t located where stated in the message and in the dark it wasn’t obvious where it was. I had troubles contacting the host at that time (at around 20:15) so my son and I were waiting on the street for some time until the host got back to us. When in the apartment I didn’t find any notes for the guests and there was no garbage bin (aside from the compost bin) so I had to message the host about it and was told that the bins were located outside in the garden. It would have been helpful to find a one page guide to the property for the guest. I reported the following to the host to ensure these can be addressed for the next guests: 1. One of the bedside lamps was not working 2. The shower was leaking so inadequate flow of water reached the shower head making it impossible to take a shower. Although we haven’t used it, I also noticed that the sofa bed was inclined as the feet on one side were missing.

“Perfect location and great space for a student waiting to move in to his/her apartment.”
+everything was just fine and comfortable; it served the purpose of my trip. The staff was attentive and willing to help in any way they possibly could. I would recommend this place to my fellow students
−The dishwasher was not connected to the water, hence I was not able to make use of it, but it's ok as I didn't eat indoors most days. Other than that the spaces were clean and I was comfortable the entire stay.

“Great stay. Air conditioning was essential with the temperature outside.”
+Quiet Location. 15 mins walk from train station and 20-25mins to centre of Pisa. Our host recommended some traditional restaurants and we weren’t disappointed, fabulous.
−The kitchen had no kettle but sending a message to the host we were left a new kettle the next morning whilst we were out. The apartment could do with a clothes rack for drying towels and swimwear etc.

−La pulizia nn era delle migliori. Appena sufficente. La doccia nn funzionava per niente! Il soffione era rotto...grandissima pecca.

“Appartamento carino, ma ha bisogno di qualche ritocco, posizione top, ma l’host lo gestisce male”
+Nessuna colazione, La posizione era ottima, vicino alla stazione ed anche vicino al centro storico, la casa è abbastanza carina.
−L’appartamento era in generale sporco, specialmente i sanitari, le stoviglie anche sporche, il divano pieno di peli di cane o gatto, l’armadio e i cassetti sporchi, il pavimento sporco, e c’era anche un cattivo odore, x non parlare poi del terrazzino ke è in evidente stato di abbandono…… Poi il tubo della doccia era rotto e quando ho avvisato il gestore di questo problema e del fatto ke l’appartamento fosse sporco lui ha fatto finta di niente e non mi ha più risposto, non mi ha nemmeno fatto sapere i metodi di smaltimento della spazzatura e quindi l’ho dovuta lasciare in casa…….
