+only positive aspect is the location , it is close to a large shopping mall and the airport, which was convenient for us since we had a late-night flight. I would not recommend these apartments unless you only need a very short stay before flying out and plan to shopping nearby
−Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with this apartment. The apartment appears to be a converted former shop, with direct street access through a glass door. There is no proper heating , only an air conditioner, which must run constantly; otherwise, the space becomes very cold. There is visible mold on the ceiling, and dirt accumulated in the corners. The floor did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival , there was dust, debris, and hair. There is no microwave, although it was shown in the photos and listed in the description. There is also no proper shower cabin. The shower hose is attached to the sink in the toilet area, and when I turned on the water, I accidentally got completely soaked. Our stay was very short (less than 24 hours). The only positive aspect is the location , it is close to a large shopping mall and the airport, which was convenient for us since we had a late-night flight. I would not recommend these apartments unless you only need a very short stay before flying out and plan to shop nearby. For the same price, I believe it is possible to find accommodation with a proper shower and without mold. I feel misled, as none of these issues were mentio

+Гарні дві кімнати. В кожній кімнаті був кондіционер. Було тепло. В кожній кімнаті телевізор, що теж зручно. Великий диван, досить комфортні ліжка. Цікавий інтер'єр. Достатньо близько є великий торговий центр. ( приблизно 12 -15 хвилин пішки) В цілому ціна і якість відповідають один одному, якщо налагодити інтернет і приділяти більше уваги прибиранню.
−Дуже незручний, маленький санвузол. Особливо відносно до площі всієї квартири. Душ приєднаний до маленької раковини і нічим не відокремлений. (Тобто дуже близько до унітазу) Злив поганий. Після прийняття душу все мокре і довго не просихає. Наступна людина навіть не може сходити комфортно до туалету. Внизу раковини все дуже брудно. Інтернет постійно вимикався. Щоб його перезавантажити треба було лізти кожен раз до роутеру.А там також все дуже брудно і в павутинні. Диван великий, але теж в плямах, тому що немає покривала, яке можна змінити, випрати після попередніх постояльців. Стіл також був брудний. Электрочайник не працював, але наступного дня нам принесли новий. Достатньо довго йти до зупинки транспорту.

+Локацията е чудесна. Цената е много добра, но е за сметка на качеството. Помещенията са добре отопляеми.
−Помещението го наричам, защото предполагам че е бивш магазин на база разположението и вида на външната врата, има нужда от реновиране, освежаване и високо покачване на хигиената и чистотата. За една нощувка е ок, но не бих повторила за по-дълъг престой.
