“Disappointing”
+The apartment is in a convenient location and suitable for a couple or a small family with a young child. However the sofa bed is quite small and may not be ideal for older children or additional adults. If your main focus in on location and you don't expect much, this place may still meet your needs for short term stay.
−Cleanliness could have been improved. The floor felt sticky and did not seem to have been properly cleaned. Our experience with the owner was unfortunately less than pleasant. We found the communication to be unfriendly and not very accommodating, particularly when we requested for an earlier check-in. A bit more warmth and flexibility would have made a big difference.

“Nice apartment but rude host”
+Good location, good kitchen facilities, clean and confortable
−The host had a very rude atitude. There were 19 degrees in the apartment and 10 degrees outside. I asked her why the heating or the AC are not working as I was feeling cold. She could simply say that this is the legislation in Italy but she preffered to be rude, telling me that it is not cold with a mocking attitude and face palm emojis. Also she told me that I did not read the house rules as it is mentioned there that there will be no heating. That is not mentionion in the house rules so please update it

“Florence was wonderful. Location of apartment amazing, but wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the above reasons.”
+Location great and good facilities including a lift.
−Bathroom was smelly, although appeared clean. I was asked in advance when we would arrive, more than once, and then the apartment wasn’t ready. Electricity went off during our stay, (we were not in), and it was upto us to find fuse box and sort it out. Also building works outside bedroom which started before 8am some mornings. Our contact was not very welcoming or helpful.

−I normally wouldn’t bother writing such a detailed review, but I feel I have to warn others,especially after the staff’s only response to us complaining about the freezing cold was to "just wear more clothes." That kind of attitude made it clear that they had no interest in improving anything, so here we go. • The heater and air conditioning didn’t work at all, and it was absolutely freezing in the room. • The smell from the bathroom drain was awful,and the entire bedroom smelled like that too. • There were blood stains from mosquitoes smeared on the walls, along with tons of dead mosquitoes stuck to them,really disgusting. • The bedding was barely acceptable. The "blanket" and pillow were covered with loose pieces of cloth that didn’t stay in place, so you’d end up sleeping directly on the bare yellow pillow and blanket unless you lay completely still all night. • Many things were broken: the sofa stood on only three legs because the fourth one was broken and useless, the toilet brush was broken, and the fridge wasn’t fixed in place,when you opened the door, the whole fridge nearly toppled over. • The boiler was extremely loud and ran for ages, constantly making noise and disrupti

“Never again”
+Good location, supermarket pretty close
−We go on holidays often, but we have never experienced something like this with a host before. They did not answer our questions and requests before arriving via booking.com (babybed, parking situation). All communication via whatsapp later was unpolite and in commanding tone. The flat went dark several times when trying to cook or use the dishwasher, which was commented in whatsapp with "you used too many devices" (We only tried to cook and had 2 lights on). When asking for solutions not accusations we were insulted and belittled (we are noone and can only afford this apartment and expect 5Star hotel service)! Luckily the friendly neighbour helped us find the fuse in the basement.

“Lamentable estancia sin agua caliente”

−No tuvimos agua caliente durante nuestra estancia hasta el último día. Tuvimos que estar duchándonos con agua muy fría y enfermé. No contestaban a nuestros mensajes. No está en condiciones de ser alquilado y por lo que leo le ha pasado a más huéspedes. El estado del colchón y la cama impide el descanso. Esto entre otras cosas que denotan dejadez. Inaceptable y lamentable que se limiten a pedir disculpas y comprensión el último día sin haber hecho nada antes por solucionar el problema del agua caliente ya que que no es la primera vez que pasa.
