“Overall we had great experience in Flora Studios.”
+First of all - thanks Exclusively Lindos for hosting. The apartments are good, we had everything we need. The location is nice, amazing view on the village and acropolis. Terraces are great! I like this location, it's close to the bus station if you want to travel and have different tours in Rhodes. The bed was comfortable for me and clean. Cleaning service is great, thank you. One note: you will need to gain some elevation and climb the stairs on the side facing away from the beach or the town, unless you have rented a car.
−We did not have any issue with bugs, but there are some ants, so you need to be careful with food. Another thing, that I would like to be better - the plumbing fixtures need to be updated; they are a bit old (both in the bathroom and in the kitchen).

“Relaxing and enjoyable”
+The property is just a 10 minute walk to the city center and has free parking available right in front of the property which is rare in Lindos. The views from the apartment are just breathtaking, you can see the whole city of Lindos from above, the sea and the acropolis. The staff was super helpful and kind to us!

+The views are spectacular, we sat down on the rooftop almost every night just for the views. It’s very close to the center, but you can still park with your car which is nice because if you would stay more in the central area you would have to go by foot. The host was very friendly and helpful. We got daily cleaning (floor sweep and made bed)
−The door was very loud and you have to use force to close it. There were little black flying bugs in the bathroom, just in the shower area. I’m not sure what are those, not regular flies. They didn’t bite or anything. The cleaning is not very thorough, we found a dead bug on the shower wall and the dishes were not too clean also (we didn’t use them in the end).

“A nightmare stay with a nice view”
+Unfortunately the only thing I liked about the property was the view.
−We found multiple cockroaches in the room on our first night, including on the table, luggage, and coming from the bathroom. Attempts to contact the property were initially unsuccessful, and when we finally received a response, no immediate solution was offered. As a result, we had to purchase insect spray ourselves and treat the room, then wait outside for over an hour due to the strong fumes. The following day, responses remained slow despite us providing photos and videos of the infestation and poor cleanliness standards. Although we requested a room change, this was refused, and the only action taken was a light spray treatment and basic cleaning. The entrance door also had visible gaps that could allow insects to enter. For the remainder of our stay, we had to spray the room ourselves daily, wait outside for the fumes to clear, and sleep with the lights on because we were worried about further cockroaches. The room was never properly sanitized, and we felt the hygiene standards and handling of the situation were unacceptable.

“Ideale per chi proprio vuole stare a Lindos, per un paio di notti”
+Bellissima vista su Lindos. Posizione interessante per chi vuole godere della vita di Lindos. Ideale per un paio di notti. Comunicazione efficace dal gestore, che non abbiamo incontrato.
−La vista dalla finestra sul cortile/discarica, il bagno non finestrato senza aerazione. Considerando che è adatta a soggiorni di pochissimi giorni, sarebbe stato gradito trovare qualche genere di prima necessità, tipo scottex, zucchero, sale...

“Comodità nella bellissima perla di Lindos”
+POSIZIONE: a pochi minuti dal centro ma in zona sopraelevata da cui si può godere una splendida vista di tutto il villaggio e dell’acropoli. PARCHEGGIO: nei pressi vi sono un paio di ampi parcheggi pubblici sterrati. Inoltre, vi è la possibilità di un piccolo parcheggio davanti casa in salita direttamente sulla via di accesso all’appartamento. STAFF: repentino nelle risposta anche via whatsapp e disponibile ad attenderci al nostro arrivo. SERVIZI: disponibilità di bottiglia di acqua da 1,5L in frigo per refrigerarci. Comoda possibilità di stendere teli e costumi sui fili immediatamente fuori all’appartamento.
−PORTA DI ACCESSO all’appartamento n.3 difettosa nell’apertura/chiusura. BAGNO molto piccolo ed angusto. Inoltre, talvolta trapelava un odore di scarico nauseabondo che invadeva tutto l’appartamento.

+Allora io direi se volte godere lindos pienamente, Dovete scegliere questo alloggio lontano di casino ma vicino a tutto. Specialmente se avete noleggiato la machina Trovate parcheggio di fronte al alloggio e credo cge uno delle pochissime strutture hanno questa fortuna perche nel borgo di lindos e impossibile. Non e un parcheggio privato ma dipende della disponibilità pero io in 3 giorni ho sempre trovato parcheggio. Hanno un vista pazzesca della terrazza E comodissimo la Terrazza potete anche stare li a prendere aole bere qualche birra e godere viata o semplicemente mangiare qualcosa. I rumori propio zero da esterno e molto silenzioso.
−Giusto per condividere un pensiero se uno ha difficoltà camminare non e ideale perche alloggio si trova in alto per arrivare al paese in 5min di discesa ci siete nelle vie commerciali del lindos ma al ritorno e salita per un giovane come me nessun problema ma se uno e anziano o sovra peso diventa un problema.
