+Excellent central location, close to all amenities and some lovely restaurants. It was clean and one of the best, if not the best equipped flat we've ever stayed in. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.
−There's nothing we didn't like, however, some information about the location of bins etc would've been helpful.

“Olhao is a hidden jewel in the Algarve, and this is the best place to stay for a visit.”
+The location was right next to everything. I was able to park literally 3 steps from the entrance. The aparment was well stocked, had everything I could need.
−It was winter, and everything in the apartment was off. It took an hour to get the heat going. I am sure the tile floors are great in the warm summer. They get cold in January.

−Only a small fault a hinge on one of the cupboards above the work top was broken and would not stay in the open position making it difficult to get things out. There could be better info as were the apartment was in the building ie a map or signs.

“Great place in Olhao”
+Great location in the town, really well equipped and spacious. Everything you need for a holiday is provided. We were given a later check out while waiting for the taxi to the airport, which was very good of Sara, the apartment contact in Olhao.
−A sign over the door would be a help. The restaurant ten metres away were unaware of the apartments. It's just a small thing really.

“Olhao in January was delightful. Great restaurants. Great beack walks on Island of Culatra.”
+Excellent location, central to markets and restaurants. Very spacious. Good kitchen and facilities. Very comfortable beds. Lots of room to sit down in the living room and a large dining table. Good bathrooms. The owners were amenable to a last minute booking, less than 24 hours in advance, and teh flat was all ready for guests.
−Needs some instructions on how to use the satellite box for the TV. No Netflix available, or I couldn't find it. Sitting in the hallway on a hard sofa to watch TV is not great. If letting out in winter then a blanket or two would be appreciated - the heating is not very efficient to warm up such a large space. The website shows a headline photo of a direct view onto the sea from the balcony of the 'apartments'. Clearly there is more than one apartment and the one I picked did not have a direct sea view - it would be helpul to make this clearer. The bath needs cleaning - its grubby plastic packaging is stuck to the outside.
