“Highly recommended; the atmosphere and comfort are top-notch.”
+The apartment is absolutely stunning. It is spacious and beautifully decorated; it’s clear that the owner takes great care of it and strives to preserve the wonderful, classy atmosphere of the original interior. The floors, high ceilings, windows, and the antique elevator in the building are all truly magnificent. Having two bathrooms also ensures great comfort, even when the apartment is fully occupied. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can always count on the owner for assistance or recommendations regarding the local area. The neighborhood itself offers plenty of shops and restaurants - in fact, the best ice cream in Rome can be found right at the entrance to the building. Do keep in mind, however, that it is a bit of a walk to the city center, as well as to the nearest metro or bus stop; for us, though, this wasn't an issue at all.

“We enjoyed our stay with Maria Patrizia, such a welcoming host, in a charming and spacious apartment”
+The apartment was extremely pleasant and comfortable. Our host was most responsive and available, and very kind. We enjoyed staying a little outside the city center, in a really pleasant and quiet neighborhood, with cafes, bars, and restaurants very close by.

“A very splendid apartment with great facilities and ideal location.”
+Wonderful high ceilings, very spacious, tasteful furniture and excellent bathrooms. The location is central enough to have plenty of local shops and restaurants, and is within easy reach of all the sights, but far enough out to feel relaxed. Friendly and helpful host. We felt very privileged to be able to stay in Flat three.

+An immaculate apartment, incredibly close to Rome's centre, with friendly hosts and beautiful comfortable rooms. Incredible value for money, near so many fantastic restaurants and bars, perfect for a week with friends and family.

“Exceptional apartment and hosts in a spectacular location!”
+Our stay at Flat Three was exceptional. Maria Patrizia and her family went above and beyond to welcome us, make sure that we were comfortable and knew all of the local places. She was always available if we had any questions or problems. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were spectacular. The location was perfect as well, and set in a beautiful residential neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

“Φανταστικό διαμέρισμα. Υπέροχη διαμονή με όλες τις ανέσεις .”
+Η τοποθεσία είναι υπέροχη. Ήσυχη και ασφαλής γειτονιά με όλα τα απαραίτητα καταστήματα σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Ακριβώς από κάτω υπάρχει ένα κατάστημα με φανταστικό παγωτό. Ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα με φοβερό χαρακτήρα, πολύ άνετους και λειτουργικούς χώρους και όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις, που εγγυώνται μία άνετη διαμονή. Θέλω να σταθώ ιδιαίτερα στους ιδιοκτήτες (Cosimo) που από την πρώτη στιγμή και καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας ήταν δίπλα μας και μας παρείχαν ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Όλη η οικογένεια προσμονούμε για την επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στο Flat Three.
−Πραγματικά δε μπορώ να βρω τίποτα. Όλα κυριολεκτικά ήταν υπέροχα.

“Soggiorno meraviglioso”
+L’appartamento è davvero meraviglioso: spazioso, luminoso ed elegante. La presenza di due bagni, nuovissimi, lo rende perfetto per un gruppo di 5/6 persone, come nel nostro caso. I letti sono tutti estremamente comodi, garantendo un riposo ottimale, cucina con ogni comfort. Patrizia e suo figlio Giovanni sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili: ci hanno fornito ottimi consigli su luoghi da visitare e sui mezzi da utilizzare per spostarci. Inoltre, sono stati molto disponibili anche oltre il previsto, permettendoci di lasciare le valigie dopo l’orario di check-out, cosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. La posizione è molto comoda, è nelle vicinanze di Piazza del Popolo. La linea 2 dell’autobus si trova proprio dietro casa e porta in pochi minuti in piazza, ma volendo si può raggiungere anche a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo: assolutamente consigliato!

+La localisation dans un quartier résidentiel mais vivant. La beauté du lieu, un grand appartement dans un bel immeuble début XXe, rénové avec goût. Les plafonds et les fenêtres sont immenses, l'appartement est décoré d'oeuvres d'art. L'accueil de la propriétaire, chaleureux et efficace, avec plein de conseils pour nos visites. C'est un coup de coeur et nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage à Rome.
