“A nightmare stay with zero support from the host. Our lifes were in danger”
+Unfortunately, there was nothing to like. Our stay turned into a nightmare after the apartment was robbed. The host completely ignored all of our calls and messages during an emergency, leaving us without any assistance or support. We felt unsafe and were forced to leave immediately and pay for another hotel ourselves. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone!!!

−There was mold in a pan, the water wasn't getting warm, the host didn't response, the fridge smelled weird, I believe there were more places with mold, not a great value of money

+Überhaupt gar nichts!!!
−Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war stark abgenutzt und unhygienisch. Die Badezimmerfliesen waren schimmelig, die Fugen schmutzig und der Gestank in der Toilette katastrophal. Die Toilette war innen gelb verfärbt. Außerdem hatten wir Kakerlaken in der Küche. Die Matratze war stark abgenutzt und voller Fusseln. Es gab kein kaltes Wasser, sondern nur kochend heißes Wasser. Unsere vierjährige Tochter wollte die Dusche wegen des schmutzigen Zustands nicht benutzen. Wir haben 300 € für drei Nächte bezahlt und konnten uns dort überhaupt nicht wohlfühlen. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden habe ich von Booking.com bis heute keine Erstattung erhalten und warte immer noch auf eine Antwort. Ich kann diese Unterkunft aufgrund der mangelnden Hygiene und der schlechten Zustände absolut nicht empfehlen!

−Logement non conforme par rapport aux photos, salle de bain insalubre, cuisine dans un très mauvais état, plaque de cuisson défectueuse, aucune poêle pour faire à manger, ballon d’eau chaude qui fuit, pas de rideau de douche??? Au prix que nous avons payé c’est juste scandaleux, à fuir tout simplement.

+Je n'ai Rien aimer. J'ai payé et je n'ai pas eu le logement. L'expérience n'était pas concluante. Booking n'a pas donner l'impression d'être sensible à ma situation
−Payer sans recevoir l'adresse précise du logement, les clés, les code d'accès ou autres moyens d'accès au logement. Ne pas avoir d'interlocuteur pour en parler. Ne pas avoir l'accompagnement de Booking Errer dans Bruxelles, avec toute ma famille sans adresse de destination alors que j'ai payé. Ne pas savoir comment disposer du remboursement.

−Extremamente sujo, o apartamento estava infestado de bichos e percevejos de cama, fiquei completamente cheia de picadas, o proprietário não retorna nenhuma mensagem ou ligação nem para o Booking. Tive a pior experiência da minha vida nesse lugar insalubre, deveria ser proibido algo assim, tive que gastar com remédios, roupas de cama, porque meu corpo ficou totalmente cheio de picadas de percevejos. Esse lugar deveria ser proibido de alugar, fora que estava sujo os lençóis não foram trocados. Tinha bicho por todo apartamento, poeira e cigarros… Apartamento caindo aos pedaços, com sujeiras cigarro , sangue, em todo o prédio. Isso merece uma averiguação da Booking, pois o lugar é insalubre para se hospedar.
