“Comfortable but lacked general basics and no care to detail for an accommodation being provided”

“Everything was exceptional for me, the kitchen with all its appliances and dishes met our expectatio”
+For us it was good, since there were shops nearby but the big supermarkets were a little far like 0.8miles but still we could manage this. Everything worked properly we could cook our favourite breakfast, the oven, microwave, washing machine, drying machine, refrigerator, and everything else was functional.

“We wouldn't stay again.”

−It needed to be a lot cleaner, the place was also still being cleaned when we arrived and couldn't check in 1.5 hours after check in time. The internet and TV didn't work and we contacted the host but no one really cared to help. One person even told us we needed to contact someone else even though their name and number were given to us to contact on the check in information. The toaster doesn't work you have to stand and hold down the button. Some areas are poorly maintained, the place could be easily better presented on the whole. The bed in the larger bedroom was squeaky, may need some oil.

“Would highly not recommend.”
−Myself and 2 other guests booked this property. We were stranded outside the apartment for 6 hours as the host gave us the wrong codes for the key lock box and when we attempted to contact the host, they were very passive aggressive through text message, insinuating we were not opening it correctly. It was an atrocious customer experience. At 9:30pm at night did someone come to open the lock box, to only find out it was missing one of the two keys to access the property. As you can imagine we were extremely stressed as we thought we were being scammed at this point. The host gave us an alternative apartment for the duration of the trip which was a 15 minute drive away, and promised me they’d reimbursed the travel expense, which I have not received yet. The overall experience was extremely stressful. I would highly not recommend for anyone to book this property.

“Accesible, con mucha capacidad pero mejorable”
+Me gustó la cantidad de espacio disponible para poder dormir varias personas, la cercanía al transporte público y que tuviera plancha y una pequeña terraza.
−No me gustó que la lavadora estuviera en la entrada de la cocina dificultando el paso a la misma. Tampoco me gustó que sin avisar llegara un chico a por unos azulejos y que pidiera entrar en la estancia. Tampoco hay nada de cortesía tipo algún sobre de té, azúcar, café, ni instrucciones de uso de las cosas (encender el horno, qué dispositivo es el de la wifi, cómo conectar la tele a internet para tener algo de señal,...) La contraseña dada para wifi era incorrecta. Sólo tiene un baño. Faltaba limpiar las colillas del balcón y mejorar la limpieza general del polvo. Los colchones son muy blandos y están manchados.
