“Nice flat”
+Facilities and location
−Difficult to find key box and dark stairwell. Street behind were aggressive n said they had reported parking there to police- I felt that they were going to damage my car.

“Comfy appartment, all restaurants and food outlets on your doorstep, train station and bus station very reliable and tak”
+Comfy, spacious, great shower, very good kitchen and all the utensils you need. Bed room was spacious and comfy bed. Nice outdoor space to relax, except the last few days there were workmen on the making one heck of a noise we thought they would come through the roof 🤦🏽♀️
−Ok, the position is not that great above the shops one way road which has continuous traffic day and night windows not soundproof so extremely noisy. Having intermittent WiFi was an issue and not Netflix 🤷♀️ for evening entertainment! Luckily we brought our I pads reception was still intermittent. Quite a rough area with unruly youths and lots of street noise at night with their rather large headed dogs !!!

“Comfortable and centrally located”
+The property is very close to the Train Station of Penzance, perfect for us as we were planning to explore the region with public transport. The flat is well kept, modern, with a beautiful living room/kitchej area, a big terrace, and a large bedroom. Facilities are modern, bed and couch very comfortable. We stayed 3 days but it would have been perfect also for a longer stay

+Liked the suite and bed. Location near bus and train station was ideal
−Didnt like the view, next door had dog, smelt of dog wee, dog poos in garden. Steptoe yard on left. Living room carpet needs cleaning. Different odour in living room, bedroom cleaner. Felt it not been properly cleaned.

“10/10 - perfect host, perfect stay!”

“Pleasant stay close to all that Penzance has to offer, areas mentioned above need addressing”
+The location was excellent, close to long term parking, train station and all amenities
−The property appeared clean, but on closer inspection there were areas for improvement, such as dirt in drawers, cobwebs, the glassware and crockery needed washing before use. Requiring immediate attention is the bathroom door which did not shut as the latch was stuck. I would suggest the property needs a deep clean, the shower plug hole was slow to drain!

“Would return to Penzance but not to this flat”
+Convenient to the train and bus stations, spacious bedroom, lots of kitchenware if you wanted to prepare meals. We enjoyed Penzance and area.
−The flat was freezing cold when we arrived with no instructions how to operate the heaters. The carpet had a musty smell. The entrance is shared with some shops then up 2 flights of grubby stairs. The wifi was very spotty. No instructions on what to do with garbage and recycling.

“amazing place”
+Location was the top reason why I chose this property. The price was very reasonable as well. Easy access to everything.
−the steps was necessary but not liked by a woman who doesn't travel light ever. the wifi was not available in the bedroom and was patchy in the couch area. best position is on the dining table and kitchen.
